summerly is a nice place to live. i think the inside of the apartments are very nice. The cleanliness needs a little help and accountability sometimes isn’t taken.

No joke, this place cured my depression. We downsized from a 3 bedroom house to 1 bedroom apartment, so you would think I would still be depressed, but no. I love my apartment so much right now. I love the long layout of the bathroom. I never saw that design before. I wasn’t into the counter tops at first tour, but now actually being in the kitchen cooking and decorating, I find them beautiful. I can’t remember feeling sad. Dalton, Dominick and Jorge have all been kind and amazing.

Once again the maintenance went above in beyond to help us. They came in to do the yearly inspection and we mentioned I few issues we were having. Jorge and Jeremiah not only listened to our issues but they also knew right off the back what was causing the issues. Summerly is a very quiet, safe place to live. I have been here almost 5 yrs never had any problems. Never have seen the police here either!! It's close to everything, casino, mall, movies, Westgate.

Summerly at Zanjero is a great place to live. Safety was a major factor when trying to find somewhere to live and I do feel safe here. The gates work and they have security at all times. It is peaceful and clean. I appreciate the time and work this complex puts into their space. So grateful I chose Summerly at Zanjero!

Love this place! Great area to be in, lots to do and nice clean area. It’s peaceful and quiet and everyone so far has been very nice. My apartment now it’s such an upgrade compared to my old one. Also very safe. I see security often walking around or on golf carts and the gates stay closed.

Summerly at Zanjero is a great community to live in! They have 2 pools, a park for your little ones, a beautiful club house and gym! I also love the idea of the lockers for your packages to keep them from getting stolen. They have a great staff and maintenance team who is always ready to help!

I really like Summerly but I think the only downside is the parking situation. Because you only get one parking spot per apartment, even if you have two bedroom apartment. And the uncovered parking spots are so far away from the apartment

Worst place ever. Workers in office are never there, never answer phone calls. Communication all together is unsat. Will never stay here ever again. Everything breaks in the apartments from doors to washer dryer to cabinets. Low quality but they make it look nice so people are interested in it

so far, I have been a resident for almost a year now. The staff in maintenance crew as Summerly At Zanjero has been absolutely phenomenal. They have been able to address any concerns. I have in a very timely fashion. As well as making the community feel more home like and very friendly with my fellow renters. As long as this continues to happen on a regular basis, I can see me being happy with some Alexander for many years to come.

Staff is amazing, love that people with pets are held accountable. Being here makes me feel safe with security patrol. Always clean and my kids love going to the clubhouse.

Location is great, close to shops and restaurants. The amenities are so much better here than my last apartment. And the staff is really helpful too.

We’ve lived here 4 years total, 3 different apartments in the complex. Always loved it. Clean, spacious, landscaping is always beautiful. Office staff have always been nice!

We are very happy so far! We love our place, the community is clean and quiet! The pool is always so awesome to have and kept so clean! The parking is easy and accessible for guest as well.

It’s a quiet street to live on. I feel safe walking my dog outside the complex at night. The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We are in our 4th year at the community. We have met some great neighbors and the management staff has always been great to us. The maintenance crew has always been on time and courteous. Although we love the community we do miss the old management company. But with all there are good things with each company. We appreciate all the monthly event that are hosted by the staff to make this a great place to meet new people and get to know the neighbors who you see around the community.

Summery at Zanjero is a nice quiet beautiful living space. The neighbors are all super friendly and the location is super convenient. Being near the Westgate area you would expect heavy traffic and noise but it is the complete opposite. With just less than a 5 minute drive to work the location is perfect. Jennifer is super helpful she explains things in such a professional manner but she is also super welcoming. The gym is super convenient and I like that they don’t have music blasting so you can still hear your own music without having to blast your ears. I am truly looking forward for the rest of my stay here at Summerly.
