Situated northeast of Nashville and just south of Goodlettsville, Northeast Nashville blends a small-town feel with big-city convenience. This community provides a charming contradiction, juxtaposing early 20th-century architecture with an array of modern, suburban shopping centers.
Although it is easily accessible from Nashville’s vibrant center, Northeast Nashville promises residents a quiet escape from the bustle of city life. In the general area, travelers find pastoral parks, old-world stonework, and an overall friendly atmosphere. Northeast Nashville touts a growing, diverse, and welcoming community, in addition to quick access to Interstate 65, affording many in the community short commute and travel times.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Summerfield Place
I'm a former resident of Summerfield Place Apts. I was a residence from 2014 - 2024. I moved out only because I purchased a home. The reason I stayed so long was due to the staff, maintenance, the caretaking of the property, the cost, the space of my 3 bedroom and not to mentioned the large balcony. During my 10 year stay, I personally did not have any problems. I enjoyed majority of my neighbors over the course of my stay. Anytime I had a maintenance request, my issue was resolved within 24-48 hours. The staff were very professional, I enjoyed speaking with Amber, Peggy and Robert. They always took great care of my maintenance needs and held the residences accountable for keeping the property nice and neat. I highly recommend Summerfield Place Apartment to anyone that needs a place to call home!
Live in the newest building, property is pretty quiet. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is prompt upon request. Had a leak in my kitchen faucet and maintenance gave me a new facet and completed the task in a timely manner. Security is patrolling at all times. I would recommend this property.
I currently live in the D building. I can say the maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner and the office staff is nice. The floorplan is also a plus. Unfortunately the cons has made my overall experience really awful. First off, the neighbors above us are extremely rude and inconsiderate because they let their kids (who are around preschool age) run and stomp late at night, which constantly keeps me up. Some nights I'd hear those kids at 1am! We even told them multiple times we can hear them, but they keep letting the noise continue. I also notified the folks at the office and made several calls to the courtesy officer but it didn't do any good. So much for those designated quiet hours smh. Secondly, shortly after moving in, I discovered the apartment had roaches...straight up gross! The office sent pest control to spray, but it didn't help a lick. At this point I'm over this place and ready to move! But unfortunately when I do move, I'll have to comb through all of my belongings to make sure I'm not taking any roaches with me to the new place....what a freaking pain!!! Next, the power cuts off randomly. Not a huge deal at all compared to the first two issues, but very inconvenient because I work from home a few days a week. Luckily I have a laptop as a backup. Lastly, the mailman frequently puts my packages in another person's mailbox. I've never experienced this at any other apartment I've lived in, and its exasperating!!! Most of the time, it'll go to an honest neighbor who will bring it back, but a couple times it hasn't. I know I can't technically blame this on property management, but its something a future resident should know. Hope this helps!

Hello, I hate to hear that you have had a bad experience here at Summerfield Place. We strive to make all of our residents happy. Please call me directly to discuss so that we can get these issues resolved for you if they have not been resolved already. Sincerely, Amber, Property Manager
Proximity to interstate is very convienent, especially if you work downtown. Other than the location, there is nothing i would commend this complex for. I can hear EVERY step that my neighbors above me make. Also, i can hear them yelling at their kid (who has to be no more than 2 years old). These neighbors of mine are up at all hours of the night. I have a table fan, white noise maker, and earplugs to drown out their loud noises throughout the night. I’m miserable here! I cannot wait to move out of here next month!!!
Nicely kept apt. complex. Excellent response by maintenance when needed.
Summerfiled is a nice apartment complex that had a rough past but now with new management and renovations its great. If i ever have a problem they come and fix it within a timely manner. The pool and gym are in great shape and always have some kind of landscaping going on to keep it looking great.
When I First moved in there was a lot of construction and things that were being fixed and renovated. sometimes water wouldn't work for two days and i took that as understandable but eventually i started noticing a couple things. management staff would change a lot so every time i went to the office id be talking to a different person so i asked for something to get don't i would take weeks because i have to check on them and see if they actually put a work order in. bless you in you live in a second floor or under anyone because its noisy no matter how quiet think you are. Can barely watch TV with my volume past 15. the good is that the have huge decks and the span the entire apartment almost for the two and three bedroom and they are really close to the interstate besides that meh
Warm staff, great community and close to everything! Love it here!
My family and i live in the 3 bedroom, it is very spacious, nicely upgraded and well insulated. The neighbors are very friendly. This is a very family oriented complex. Has a new playground and swings. Nice pool which is kept very clean. They keep the grounds clean and grass mowed. Staff is very friendly. Nice small gym and new clubhouse with pool table, couches, big tv and kitchenette. Only complaint is sometimes if you need maintenance you have to call a couple times(seems like they forget to write things down). We really love it here feels like home!
