What began as a resort getaway for the Low Country elite in the 19th century has blossomed into a thriving community on the outer edge of the Charleston area. It’s very peaceful. The staff is very helpful and gives great hospitality. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. I actually love the facing the woods it’s really a piece of mind. The gas is right next door which is very convenient.

very nice and put together place where everyone respects each other, very quiet and love the gas station across the street , nice amenities and very nice and up to date place
I have not had a very good experience since I moved in. The management never did anything to address my concerns. She was only polite face to face, but I have never heard a word from her since. It looks like she is gone now, and a man is there. He is no better. It has been over a week since I left a message for him to call me back concerning an issue in the apartment complex. I think the screening process needs to be more thorough and put more emphasis on workers and management who care about their jobs.

Don't like how water and sewer bill are estimate. To much noise Breeze way and step are very nasty and dirty walls in Breeze way Tented leave trash out in Breeze way from Friday to Sunday very smelly and looks horrible, bugs are crewing out trash. Mail being stolen. This is not what we expected

Office manager Leslie has turned the place into a gutter. These apartments were well taken care of until everyone including her entire maintenance team quitting because of her. Very unprofessional and unapproachable. The hallways are disgusting and not cleaned or maintained anymore. Front office is always closed and locked. Please look elsewhere and save your money.

It has been unpleasant experience with this apartment. Trash is everywhere, the management office never picked up the phone or answer the emails. When I came to the office and tried to get the problem resolved in person, the manager was running away and avoided the resident. Their billing portal system was messed up. They never billed correctly and no communication. I can't wait till the lease ends soon and move out.

2 BR/ BA apt very nice. However management has changed twice since I have lived here for 8 months with a horrible transition to the new. Every time I go in office staff looks stressed . Maintenance men all 3 quit at same time and had been doing an excellent as far as I could tell. Took 2-4 rehire and the grounds were terrible. Trash cans over flowing. Debris like paper and trash flying everywhere. Trash dumpster overflowing for weeks. No garbage pickup Ponds were so lovely when I moved here with fountains working. Now just stagnant ugly water. Mail room overflowing with packages that people have not picked up probably because they don’t even live there anymore. Staff does not to seem to be of any help there. Swimming pool and weight room ok.

We have met a lot of good people here. Convenient drive to work. Amenities are nice. 2 bedroom apartments with two big bathrooms is nice having.

The apartments are very nice however the management and staff is not professional I haven’t been living here for a month yet and already haven’t problems the staff do not respond and never in the office. It’s terrible not worth it

Moving in was a breeze. However, our apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before move in. We understand that there was little time between the last tenants and us so we are not complaining. The patio doors and patio were not cleaned. The residents here are really nice and friendly. So far, so good!

I I just moved here so far so good. Cassandra is awesome. The apartment is beautiful. I’m right by the pond. I can see myself out there with a book and also my backyard is courtyard with a grill. I love to cook so that’s gonna be my next adventure cooking fish and steak on the grill a new start that’s how I’m looking at this adventure

Love the apartment experience. The maintenance guys do a great job of keeping things in working order and keeping the property clean. It would be nice to get the broken compactor area cleaned up. And would help with the smell

My time here has been great so far! I moved in the beginning of July. I have had no serious complaints; I do think that there were several things that should have been fixed prior to my move in, but when I put in the maintenance request for those things, they came the next day to fix things up. All around, good so far!

Management has changed multiple times which seemed to have negatively affected the community. Communication between residents and leasing office can be improved. Pest control and upkeep of property need to be prioritized.

I have absolutely loved the location of Summer Wind. My only complaint is that there were a lot of bugs in my apartment when I moved in. They have been good about getting an exterminator here and maintenance is really speedy.

Great place to live but expensive. Quite responsive when it comes to maintenance. Gym is nice and the pool is okay. Personally if I had better options I would leave

So far it has been very pleasant! We love our unit! Staff has been very warm and so helpful, we appreciate that! Our neighbor across the hall have been so nice and friendly! We love the quiet environment and the upkeep of the property! Looking forward to calling this place home!!!

El complejo es tranquilo. Los inquilinos son respetuosos y siempre las áreas del complejo están limpias y hay buen trato en la oficina y me gusta porque siempre hay actividades de recreación.
The application and move-in process took longer than necessary because of staffing issues but all other aspects of the property have exceeded our expectations. We’re very happy to live at Summer Wind Apartments
Love the apartment and love the amenities. It is nice and quiet the only thing you may hear is the cars from the road. Nice and clean environment. Clean pool and has a doggy park for all furry friends

I love my new home! Great neighbors! So far it has been quiet and the appliances are great as well. The patio is very spacious and I love the hard ware floors. Love it all

There seems too many changes of hands in the office. Leases aren’t correctly done, actions are not followed through. People smoking marijuana in apartments which drift into other apartments.

My experience in living here the office managers weren’t very polite , and the Maintenance could be kept up more. Other than that it’s a beautiful home .
