Lease Details: A completely renovated down stairs apartment! Brand New Interior. A nice roomy 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Includes New Fridge and Electric stove. No Smoking ANYTHING allowed in apartment! Close to St. Mary's University, conveniently located for shopping. Each applicant 18 or older will be required to fill out a credit application with a $45 application fee non-refundable. Must have a job and/or prove income of at least $2,000 gross per month. No Smoking ANYTHING allowed in apartment! Prior Evictions are OK but will be under different restrictions. Pets are accepted with pet interview, no deposit but will require a $25 monthly pet fee, per pet. Breed Restrictions apply.

Memorial Heights is a small neighborhood with ranch style houses, cozy townhomes, and apartments. This community is great for students with Saint Mary’s University within walking distance.
