Sugar Flats

Very walkable, quiet, with good views of the mountains!! We like to ride mountain bikes and hike, which we so far have already been able to explore so much within 20 minutes of our home at Sugarflats (we've been here less than 3 weeks). We went to the Hogle Zoo's Zooluminate (highly recommend), which is also less than 20 minutes from the community.

Good apartment complex and good location. Responsive staff to concerns and quick maintenance. No issues with pests or loud neighbors either.

Great community and location, maintenance is always quick to respond and no pest issues at all. New smart locks are a great addition and good value here.

Amazing apartment, amazing staff, love the garage and the smart home app. Super friendly neighbors. Lots of mixed ages, no busy street noise

I just hit my 9 year anniversary of living here. Absolutely love the location it's within walking distance of so many things. Maintenance staff is top notch! They're quick, friendly and AMAZING! The office staff Jeff and Callie are the ABSOLUTE best! Always willing to listen to concerns and always helpful with anything you need. Hope to be here another 9 years

Complex seems to be doing major upgrades. You can’t beat the location and night life. Having multiple grocery stores nearby is huge. Can’t complain.

Had a great experience with the leasing office and tour! The amenities available at the apartment complex seem perfect for the area and location!

Love SugarFlats!! GREAT location and they have the BEST Management! Always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is top notch! Plan on keeping Sugarflats as my home for many years to come

I've lived here for a few months and am happy with how friendly and responsive the staff have been so far. I've had a few conversations with neighbors who have been here longer, and they have expressed similar sentiments. The place is well managed and in a great location.

I really like the electronic sticker that resident's get to attach to their car's windshield that automatically opens the parking garage door. It's completely touchless. So easy and convenient!

Wish the gym was bigger but that’s about my only complaint. Staff is lovely to work with, no issues with pests, and great location. Hope it stays this good.

Great place to live! Staff is always really friendly and more than happy to help with whatever you need. If you need maintenance they are right on it! They have been making alot of improvements to the building itself, loving our new coffee bar.

Love the management and staff! The new coffee station is really nice. The Christmas wrapping station is superb and incredibly generous. It would be nice to have an online board for tenants to meet and maybe create groups (ie: book clubs, Tai chi, kids groups, etc.)

The kids and I have been here for almost 7 years, and we still love living here ?? Thank you to Office Staff Jeff & Calli as well as The Maintenance Crew ??

Sugar Flats has the BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM! They are patient and always ready and willing to listen to any and all concerns!! The Maintenance is TOP NOTCH! The apartments are located in the heart of Sugarhouse so close to food, shopping and movie theaters!! Highly recommend them as a place to call home!!

Good complex, good maintenance staff and everyone is helpful. Just wish the gym was bigger because there’s not a lot of equipment at all and only one bench.

Whenever some sort of maintenance needs to be performed, the crew responds in a short time and completes the job as soon as possible. The staff is very pleasant to work with.

Location is excellent. Maintenance is quick to respond to service requests. But communication from leasing office is often of short notice and does not allow for any leeway if the tenant is out of town or unable to accomodate specific dates the leasing office dictates for bldg maintenance.

It's a great complex with great management and maintenance. I just wish that the gym was larger. There is a clubhouse area that isn't really used much but the gym is tiny with limited weights and benches, Otherwise, it's great.

I'm still liking it here. Although I do have some thoughts. It may be a good idea to get the air/furnace/dryer vents cleaned out, this building is old enough it should be done, also the new garage sensor should be put in the center, I've noticed many cars have to angle to the left for it to read the sticker. Other than that it's still all good.

Great maintenance service here, they are super quick to respond and quick fixes. I also really like the location and really enjoy the large units.

Still loving it here, everyone has been really nice and understanding. Although rent did go up a bit (as everyone can relate-that's something we don't like) but other than that it's all good.

I’ve had a good stay here, just wish the gym was bigger. I think it’s a fair price for everything though, good and clean apartments and good maintenance. No complaints other than the small gym.

Wonderful place to live. The building is very quiet which is great considering we are downtown Sugarhouse. The homeless is getting a little out of hand but not as bad as it is downtown.

Still loving it here. Everyone is really nice to me and my family. Helps me with any concerns, questions ect.. and it's so close to many stores, public transportation, restaurants.

Wish I could use the stairs in the lobby instead of having to wait for the elevator. Maintenance is fast and effective, other residents are nice.

The gym could be nicer, it is kind of small, it does have a few treadmills, step machines and a bike. But it has dumbbells with nothing proper to sit on while using them. Public hallways have no AC and gets pretty hot in the summer inside. Parking spots are very small, expect damage to your car.

I have enjoyed my resident experience here. It is a very nice apartment. I enjoy the layout of the apartment, and the balkany, kitchen, bathrooms, and walk in closet.

I moved here and immediately felt at home. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and lovely, maintenance is prompt and responsive, and the community is incredibly kind.

Great place to live, parks are nearby, coffee station downstairs. Basement garage keep your car cool even when it’s 100 degrees outside. So come check it out

Great living here, good location and good units. Pretty much no complaints. Hope to renew for a good rate as well because I am very happy with my current rate.

Decent place and could be cleaner in the halls. Maintenance is always on top of upkeep but the lights and halls are inconsistent. Doors seem to fail every other month. Construction will be here for years.

Overall a great place to live, the location is amazing. Very walkable and close to restaurants and stores. The complex has good amenities and the apartments are clean and modern.

I have lived here for two and a half years and I don't plan on going anywhere! They are always making updates to improve the the building. I also can't say enough about the staff and maintenance they are just very kind and right on anything you need. Love it here!????

In general, it's been a great experience. You can't beat the location at all and the units are great. I just wish that the gym was bigger, and had more equipment. It's impossible to use weights if there is more than 1 person in there.

We moved in a little over a month ago. It's been a great experience so far! I'm impressed with the speed that maintenance requests are resolved, and management has been helpful so far.

Whenever I have a maintenace request it is promptly completed. The staff is available to answer any questions and renewing my lease was quick and easy.

I love living here, the location is fantastic, maintenance is great, and the apartments are designed well. There’s many other options around, but I think this is the best one.

Great place to live, love close proximity to 2 parks , recreation center . Nice renovations recently were made, wish it was better coffee machine though, not keurig

I moved in recently and have had a good experience overall, the location is great and the apartment is well thought out and has a good floorplan. However, most concerns (which were minor) that I brought to the office was usually met with them saying they're not going to do anything about it unless I have a disability accommodation. It wasn't about disabilities, I felt I had a legitimate concern that would've made my life easier if they helped me but it just seemed a little like they didn't want to help unless they absolutely had to. That's all minor though, I've found workarounds. Altogether I'd stay here.

It's great living at Sugar Flats Apartments! Office staff are super friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are answered quickly. I'd give it 10/10.

I love living in the Sugarhouse area. I don’t have a car so the trax and bus is very convenient. There are numerous stores and restaurants that I can go to. Overall very happy to have a place in this area.

So far I have had a good experience, staff were great to work with to arrange a quick move in and transfer from a different property. Apartment is in good shape.
