Recently built shared housing is located at 613 Brister Street and is walking distance from the University of Memphis. The gated community consists of spacious 8 units with designated parking for each room. This complex is exclusively for students. Each unit is over 1850 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms that are rented by the bedroom. Each unit has a common large kitchen equipped with granite countertops, shelving space and fully furnished stainless - steel appliances. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is present in all units. A large common living room and on 1/2 bath is on the first floor, and all 4 rooms are on the second and third floor of the building. All bedrooms are spacious and have their own private full bathroom, walk in closet which is secured by individual room locks. The monthly rent for one bedroom is $695per bedroom in a 4 bedroom unit. These are 1-year leases.
