So far the experience has been amazing!! The move in process was so smooth, everyone in the office is so nice. I’m excited to live here and see how the great experience continues.

so far so good. view is amazing, everyone is nice. some things weren’t completely fixed when we moved in but the leasing office was very nice about it and fixed it all immediately. has a very nice, relaxing pool and love using the grill

Lived here for about a month now. Other than your usual upstairs neighbor noise this community is very quiet for the most part. It's well kept up and clean. The amenities, even tho we dont use them as much as we should, are pretty great. The grill area is beautiful! Definitely would recommend this place to others.

I’ve lived here for a week now, and it’s been wonderful! The community is so quiet, the walking paths have been great and the maintenance crew is on top of it.

I love living here because every day begins and ends with breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset. The peace and quiet of this community, surrounded by nature’s beauty, makes it feel like a retreat. I truly enjoy all the amenities and how everything around us is so well cared for. This place brings me calm, comfort, and a deep appreciation for where I live—I truly love this community.

The residents do not take pride in their community and do not respect fellow residents. Trash is often left visibly around the community and the hallways frequently stink. It's frustrating as we appreciate where we live and wish others did as well. Unfortunately, we have seen the community change over the past few years and it's disappointing.

Great apartment complex to stay at. Has very nice amenities. Nice clean apartments and outside areas. Noise levels are minimum. Friendly people around. And staff is very nice ans easy to work with if you have any issues.

Love this community it is so clean and peaceful. Our apartments is beautiful and spacious. We love the amenities this community offers from gym to access to barn.

I love living here. The price is good for what you get and overall the community isn't too loud. My only concern is I have a hard time reaching the leasing office without directly going in.

I haven't lived at the strathmoor for very long but my brief experience has been pleasant. I will say, the apartment had some very small unnoticeable damage when I moved in.

My fiancé and I love living at the Strathmoor. We are going to be so sad when we have to move out. Some great memories were made here. The barn is a huge plus!

Have yet to have a bad experience with anyone in the community, whether a resident or employee. Maintenance is pro-active, and should something go wrong, their response times have been excellent. It feels like a true home because people are empathetic and sincere. Love living here.

Great amenities and community within driving distance to multiple Central Ohio cities for great food and entertainment. Also the activities at the Barn like Trivia Night and Buckeyes Football Watch Party are nice!

I love everything about living here! From the location, to my unit, to the amenities, to the office staff and maintenance. All of it EXCEPT...the ongoing fire alarm issues. Been here almost 3 years and it's gone off at least 7 or 8 times in the middle of the night with no fire to be found. It's to the point where the majority of the residents don't leave the building when it goes off anymore. As someone who does not like fire alarms at all going back to when I was a kid, it's the worst and only thing negative about this place. Fix the fire alarm issues and Strathmoor is the perfect place to live.

The strathmoor Apartments are a very nice apartment complex to stay at. It is not too pricy I would say. Cheaper or comparable to all other apartments around. It is located in a nice location. Very close drive to the highway and lots of shipping and restaurants right around with 10 mins. Downtown Columbus is only about a 15 minute drive as well. Overall has very nice staff and amenities. Only complaints I have had with the place. And watch our for is they do sometimes get people breaking into veichles every so often. I had my truck broken into twice in a matter of 2 weeks. They didn't help me out much with it either. Other than that it is very good overall.

Recently moved in over the weekend. Been great so far, nice community and looks of space in our 2b 2ba. Quiet environment and the maintenance staff has been helpful.

Office staff and maintenance have been wonderful during my first weeks at the community. There were a few items that needed attention at move in, and the were addressed right away! Quite a few residents refuse to leash their pets or clean up after them outside. ????

I’ve been a resident at Strathmoor Apartments for 7 years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience from the start. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt at home. The complex is not only beautifully maintained but also incredibly welcoming. The landscaping is lush and well-kept, and the buildings themselves are clean, modern, and spacious. The management team is truly outstanding. They’re always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the team has been quick to address it. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a lease inquiry, their communication is always clear and timely. I’ve never had any issues with the maintenance staff either; they’re efficient, friendly, and always show up when needed. The amenities at Strathmoor are another major highlight. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the community spaces are inviting and perfect for gatherings.

Good experience so far. High end finishes other places check more for. Dog friendly community. Can’t wait til the pool opens. Great location.

The atmosphere here is serene. The residents are peaceful and kind. The amenities are superb and the location is ideal. I am totally satisfied with my experience here.

So far my experience has been fantastic! My move in date was on 11/11/2024 and so far everything has gone very smoothly. The manager Makenna has been incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Definitely has been a great place to live I wish the walls weren’t as thin but other than that it’s a great spot and close to a lot of hiking trails

I just moved into The Strathmoor this weekend and I love my apartment, It is very spacious. I have a nice view of the pool and the amenities are great!

I love living at the Strathmoor! It has so many benefits like the Barn, the gyms, the pools, sidewalks around, it’s close enough to the city but not too close, near Walmart, and close to restaurants.

I love the community, and love the pool and the grill area, the grill are has two huge grills, Tv, and a lot of siting, and two fire pits with with chairs around

Nice area. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Only issue I have is the hallways on the second floor have a bad smell. Anytime there’s an issue with something they immediately email you and let you know they’ve been informed and it’s being taken care of. So far any of the neighbors I’ve come in contact with have been friendly.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience here at Strathmoor. It is a beautiful property with a great location and professional and courteous staff.

This is a great community. I have made many connections and enjoyed all of the fun events by the pool, grills and fire pits. Looking forward to Fall, summer was great at the strathmoor!

maintenance is AMAZING! lived here 3 months now and it’s been wonderful, the pool is clean and never over crowded, the apartments are so nice!

Living at strathmoor has been a great experience! The property and units are clean and modern. The leasing office and maintenance team has been a pleasure to work with and are so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend living here!

I moved in here last week. All the process so smoothly and I am loving staying here so far. Even I was out of country, I was able to get an apartment here hassle free.

Clean, modern, safe neighborhood! Staff has always been so supportive and friendly. Time has flown living here and would highly recommend to someone looking to be central to Columbus!

I love the fact that there’s so many things for my dogs and for my fellow humans definitely love all the activities that they have for us.

The Strathmoor is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with excellent amenities. I haven't heard my neighbors once yet and I've lived here for about a year. The apartments are very comfortable and well made. Add to that monthly community events which are well planned. Overall a very good place to live

I love living here it’s close to so many places by car and it’s a great neighborhood.

Been here a year having moved from New England. Good value in comparison to comparable places nearby. The all new fireplace and grills area had to have been a $50k plus upgrade showing they are still investing here.

My husband and I moved in last year and we have not been happier. It's not just an apartment, it's a community.

Between how quiet the apartments are to how involved the community is. You never can get bored living here with the extensive amenities and the community events. If you’re a social person this is the place for you!

I am enjoying Strathmoor so far and I’m excited to see what the rest of my time brings me! The utilities being through NEP can cause higher prices than expected, but otherwise I have no complaints. Maintenance is quick, helpful, and effective. Amenities are well taken care of and growing by the day.

So far everything is pretty awesome!! Space is quiet, and the amenities are the best I’ve had in an apartment. The water pressure is the shower is awesome!!

Still a great place to live in 23! This is my favorite apartment out of all the places I’ve ever had. Love my Pool-view balcony, black granite countertops, and the super-high ceilings that allow me to keep a 12 foot Christmas tree in my 580 square foot apartment. The Strathmoor is the best kept secret in Dublin.

Great community to reside. Excellent amenities and spacious surroundings. Quiet yet friendly neighbors that are both kind and courteous. No complaints whatsoever.
