Moving into this apartment complex was a great experience overall! We did have some issues with the original apartment, but the staff were very understanding and handled the situation quickly. They helped us find another unit right away and made the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone has been friendly, responsive, and professional, and the new apartment is clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Excited to see what the future holds living at the here!

I really love living at the Strathmoor. I live in a one bedroom apartment and the space and storage I have is great! I have more than enough room for all of my things. It’s been a great place to live.

My boyfriend I love living here. Overall we have little to no issues. Everyone is super friendly. The building is clean and maintained well. My only complaint is packages tend to not be delivered correctly, but that is not the apartments fault.

The community is great, and very quiet. For the first time in a long time i take pride where I live. My only complaint would be the trash compactor always filling up quickly, but you will have that at EVERY complex, it's not much they can do than what they are already doing. I would recommend this place to anyone

everybody has been great! worked with us on our minor problems during move in and was always very quick to come to our requests. very nice apartments and love the amenities. wish there was a little more equipment for the gym, at least one abdominal machine would be nice but besides that everything is good

This apartment community and complex has been nothing but excellent from the moment I was looking for a place to move, to moving in and getting situated. The maintence team is also amazing and was quick to respond to my request. If you do not already live here then what are you doing!

Honestly, I was so happy here for the first few months. However, with the multiple property manager changes, lack of responsiveness about active leaks in the apartment ceiling (2 months), lies about the above apartment being vacant and leak being “merely cosmetic” despite evidence of the contrary—3 weeks of no response via phone call, email, or otherwise. Absurd for a “luxury” community.

Very safe community, friendly neighbors, maintenance could be better. Sometimes they do not come when we call. Also the hallway maintenance could be much better as well. Overall enjoy my experience so far. Really enjoy having access to the barn.

Lived here for about a month now. Other than your usual upstairs neighbor noise this community is very quiet for the most part. It's well kept up and clean. The amenities, even tho we dont use them as much as we should, are pretty great. The grill area is beautiful! Definitely would recommend this place to others.

The residents do not take pride in their community and do not respect fellow residents. Trash is often left visibly around the community and the hallways frequently stink. It's frustrating as we appreciate where we live and wish others did as well. Unfortunately, we have seen the community change over the past few years and it's disappointing.

Great apartment complex to stay at. Has very nice amenities. Nice clean apartments and outside areas. Noise levels are minimum. Friendly people around. And staff is very nice ans easy to work with if you have any issues.

Great amenities and community within driving distance to multiple Central Ohio cities for great food and entertainment. Also the activities at the Barn like Trivia Night and Buckeyes Football Watch Party are nice!

I love everything about living here! From the location, to my unit, to the amenities, to the office staff and maintenance. All of it EXCEPT...the ongoing fire alarm issues. Been here almost 3 years and it's gone off at least 7 or 8 times in the middle of the night with no fire to be found. It's to the point where the majority of the residents don't leave the building when it goes off anymore. As someone who does not like fire alarms at all going back to when I was a kid, it's the worst and only thing negative about this place. Fix the fire alarm issues and Strathmoor is the perfect place to live.

The strathmoor Apartments are a very nice apartment complex to stay at. It is not too pricy I would say. Cheaper or comparable to all other apartments around. It is located in a nice location. Very close drive to the highway and lots of shipping and restaurants right around with 10 mins. Downtown Columbus is only about a 15 minute drive as well. Overall has very nice staff and amenities. Only complaints I have had with the place. And watch our for is they do sometimes get people breaking into veichles every so often. I had my truck broken into twice in a matter of 2 weeks. They didn't help me out much with it either. Other than that it is very good overall.

Office staff and maintenance have been wonderful during my first weeks at the community. There were a few items that needed attention at move in, and the were addressed right away! Quite a few residents refuse to leash their pets or clean up after them outside. ????

I’ve been a resident at Strathmoor Apartments for 7 years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience from the start. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt at home. The complex is not only beautifully maintained but also incredibly welcoming. The landscaping is lush and well-kept, and the buildings themselves are clean, modern, and spacious. The management team is truly outstanding. They’re always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the team has been quick to address it. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a lease inquiry, their communication is always clear and timely. I’ve never had any issues with the maintenance staff either; they’re efficient, friendly, and always show up when needed. The amenities at Strathmoor are another major highlight. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the community spaces are inviting and perfect for gatherings.

So far my experience has been fantastic! My move in date was on 11/11/2024 and so far everything has gone very smoothly. The manager Makenna has been incredibly helpful and accommodating.

I love living at the Strathmoor! It has so many benefits like the Barn, the gyms, the pools, sidewalks around, it’s close enough to the city but not too close, near Walmart, and close to restaurants.

I love the community, and love the pool and the grill area, the grill are has two huge grills, Tv, and a lot of siting, and two fire pits with with chairs around

Nice area. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Only issue I have is the hallways on the second floor have a bad smell. Anytime there’s an issue with something they immediately email you and let you know they’ve been informed and it’s being taken care of. So far any of the neighbors I’ve come in contact with have been friendly.

The Strathmoor is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with excellent amenities. I haven't heard my neighbors once yet and I've lived here for about a year. The apartments are very comfortable and well made. Add to that monthly community events which are well planned. Overall a very good place to live

Been here a year having moved from New England. Good value in comparison to comparable places nearby. The all new fireplace and grills area had to have been a $50k plus upgrade showing they are still investing here.
