Work order These reviews would be more helpful if the work order number or information was included. The replacement of the glass in the sliding glass door was completed. I think it was completed correctly. The workers were respectful and worked to complete the work quickly.
Maintenance The issue was addressed promptly and the electrician always does a good job.
Tranfer from apt to townhouse It went really well! Kaliyah was so incredibly helpful and nice per usual. The house reeked of cat pee upon entry which was odd for new carpet. But i have cats and cant handle the smell so i did my usual clean and no pee smell anymore. . One of my cats caught a mouse inside and brought it to me. Whicb was gross but at least i have pest control. We havent really had anything too bad just some weird folk and kinds scary creepy that the office cant do anything about. They tell you to call the police. I dont like that. I feel like i could sue the office if something happened when they were made well aware of some situations. . And now that were in the townhouse now i have to go theough a whole entire different pet thing for my esa animals. And my daughters too. The website is a pita but whatever its what we can afford . Personally im happy with being able to get in and work with kaliyah. And ms jennifer. They both are wonderful. Yes short staffed they may be but they they do try.

The application process was not difficult, the tour and office staff have been kind and informative, the move in was great, all information as how to set things up was well laid out. The unit was clean and ready for move in. I have. No complaints at all about my experience with Stratford Wood.

Quick fix of fixtures! I had a bathroom fixture as well as my heat vent in a bedroom that was loose sitting on the floor. Made the request and within the week someone from maintenance came and fixed it. Professional and kind and even locked the door behind him as I was in the middle of my workday at home. Much appreciated!

I had a tour today, Thursday, June 20, 2024. This place is a total and complete DUMP!!!! I had to hold my breath as the stench in the hallway was disgusting . Carpet in the halls are totally worn out, extremely stained and should be pulled up. You can tell that the owners are only collecting rent. No upkeep of the place. This is so sad because there is potential in this property but you have to put in the work in order to keep your property up.
We arrived for a tour. The gentleman was very nice but was not prepared for our prearranged visit. Then we were taken to see an apartment that was is disrepair. The bathroom was filthy, the closet door fell off the track when he finally got it open, the cupboards were painted black and wearing off, drawers were wonky on the tracks. Cheap stick on backsplash and the sink was filthy. The smell in the entryway was overpowering and the cushions on a seating area were filthy. Save your time and look elsewhere.

I have been living here for over 2 years now. The owners and management have let this place fall apart. It seems like they do not care about their own property. The walls and floors seem are poorly constructed (old building) and you can hear your neighbors with ease. There are many broken doors and vandalism throughout the property. Maintenance is poor and very slow. Your dog can easily escape from the “dog park”. The fence is falling apart. The only nice thing about this place is the Rental Office. You have been warned.

Management is very lazy and slow. The walls and floors are very thin and you can hear your neighbors with ease. Washing machines are expensive and don’t even clean your clothes. This place is literally falling apart. I am moving out as quick as I can. Big mistake you live here.

I went to look at a 1 bedroom at this property and it was horrible ! The photos online look nothing like you will see when you tour their property I think the photos online are photo shopped !!!!!!

I have lived here 5 years I do not have an updated apartment. Thee apartment buildings are horrible. Management changes ever 6-12 months . People smoking weed in the apartments. The laundry room and building stay trashed. The parking garage leek from the laundry room and when it rains it pours in the garages.. do not move in this place. You will move out as soon as the lease is up. The list goes on and on!

I’ve lived here for 20 years. I loved living here for the first 15 years. Now it just gets Increasingly worse. No hot water, broken garage door- the management does not answer the phone or return calls. The rent has consistently increased every year yet no improvements are ever made. I requested to have my carpet cleaned and they refused. Terrible place to live!
