The apartment is built in 1984, its older than my age and the flooring and doors are old , the amenities are old, the kitchen cabinets are old, everything is old

This place used to be a wonderful place to live with a clean hot tub and warm pool all year round. Now the hot tub has not worked for some time now. No ones at the pool any more so I don't think it's warm year round like it used to be. When SOS landscape comes they butcher the bushes, some to the ground.

Stratford Station is a comfortable and conveniently located community. When we moved last month, our appliances, carpet, paint, etc. were all in very good condition and some were new. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. We had an non-emergency issue with sink drainage that maintenance responded to within 48 hours, so that was reasonable and helpful. It's a small community, making it easy to get ahold of management. Overall we are happy with it here!

Something different than the mega plexes I used to live in downtown. Feels more like a home and even guests I’ve had over have said the same thing. Love the balcony and greenery around the community.

I had difficulty finding an affordable apartment after moving here. When I found Stratford Station, it felt like everything was magically falling into place. I still don't know how I'm paying rent this low for an apartment this nice.

Pool is constantly broken. Dog bins are being emptied enough to the point they're overflowing. I have to call multiple times a year for HVAC. In fact, my AC is not working right now and they won't even look at it because it hasn't been 80 degrees for 3 consecutive days.

Chris and Val are a great support and maintenance crew. I had a clogged garbage disposal and an ice maker that wasn't working. Each was fixed in one visit and both men are very courteous and professional. Thanks again!

Stratford Station is quite a wonderful place! Where else do you have a yr round heated swimming pool and hot tub? Staff is friendly and always gives great info on anything I've asked about. The lovely trees and the atrium outside(where the agility course is) make this an idyllic setting. Most of the other residents are friendly. The abundance of plastic dog waste bags make it easy for people to use and discard, keeping the grounds pretty clean of doggy mess.

I have lived at Stratford for a little over a year. We have had no issues whatsoever. Shelly treats any minor issue like the most important thing on her desk. Maintenance is usually done same day and done well.

Stratford Station has been a great place to live. It is an overall quiet, safe, and friendly community in a great location. The staff does an excellent job and the community is well-maintained.
