The management team is very nice and communicates well. Maintenance is performed in a timely manner. One thing everyone must know before renting is the amount of dogs that also live here that bark at any hour of the day or night. Other than that, great location and pretty, well-kept grounds.

I have lived here for several years. It is dog friendly, quiet, considerate neighbors, and close to services. The management has been very responsive to any concerns I might have. I recently moved to a larger apartment in the complex. Management and maintenance worked together to take care of any issues I had. I enjoy being close to services and a great park next door. I enjoy the green space around the apartments and the layout is great for privacy. I just got all new windows which is a real plus for any renter. I have lived here several years and I have looked at other complexes but I like it here overall.

When my wife and I were fed up with the insanity that is downtown Portland in 2020, we like many other families began looking farther out to places like Beaverton and Tualatin for a better life. We're VERY glad that we ended up at Stonesthrow! The staff has been quite accomodating to say the least and they are also honest and trustworthy. For the price, I'd say it's among the best in the Tualatin area. Thanks guys!

We have had a very pleasant living experience for the past 5 years at Stonesthrow. We have enjoyed our neighbors and have had no issues with management. While the quality of work from maintenance is perhaps typical of apartment living, we have not had any significant issues and all problems have been addressed promptly. Overall we have been very happy living here.

Stonesthrow is a quiet, easy living community. The buildings are well designed for privacy. Apartment living most places feels like you chose a box. Not here, the unique design, park-like setting, plus the adjacent park and river access makes for sweet fresh air healthy choices.
