Great apartment community. Good sized rooms, brand new furnishings. Very conveniently located to all basic necessities and restaurants. Playground and gym are useful if you have kids and workout but both facilities could’ve been better. At move-in, Apartment was clean but some details were missed and left with dust. Overall great experience. Staff is very friendly and provide exceptional service. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

The leasing process was fairly easy. The very first tour that we took before touring the apartment was very informative. The staff and maintenance are all very friendly. I appreciate the fast responses that the staff here gives. The apartment is nice and the leasing office is aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Sladestone is an excellent place to live. The price may be a bit high, but convenience of having a garage attached to interior of unit is fantastic. Property is quiet and family friendly. Maintenance is typically on top of things and office staff are kind and reach out if needed.

Sladestone Shadow Creek is a great place to live. I fell in love with the property about two years ago but unfortunately did not have the size and style of what I needed. The following year I started looking early and was able to find what I was looking for. So, I made the move with no requests.
I'm going for my 3rd year here at Sladestone. I do not have any complaints. The staff all around is super helpful and quick. I love it for their amenities and the appearance of the apartments. It is also a peaceful complex.

I am a current resident at Sladestone Shadow Creek and I highly recommend this property.The floor plans are awesome.if feels like living in a 3 bedroom home due to how spacious the apartment is and having a 2 car garage is everything.You'd never know there are many kids/families here because they do not hang out nor congregate even on weekends ,all the kids know one another as they go to the subdivision schools together so there has not been any issues.All the units are clean/well kept,very nice pool and workout room.well worth the rental fee.

Sladestone is more than just an apartment complex, it is a community, a home I love to come to. It is well kept, quiet, beautiful with an amazing lounge, gym and pool to enjoy when I want!! The best and an important part about living here is the leasing specialist ladies, Danielle and Murphy and the manager and assistant manger. Lucy and Elizabeth. They are professional, kind, warm, friendly and always available to assist with any issues, big or small you may have. They go above and beyond and always ready to greet you with a friendly smile. Jose and Art, the maintenance guys are amazing and do such great work the couple times I’ve had an issue the few years I’ve lived here. Between my beautiful and spacious apartment, great office staff, the location of the complex, and the peace and safety of the environment, I am here to stay! Ten star all around!

We moved to Sladestone from out of state and signing a lease was so easy. The apartment is a very good price for what you can get in the area (I looked EVERYWHERE). Access to a garage if you pick a unit with a garage is such a nice bonus. Also the updated white counters and cabinets make the unit very nice. 10/10 would recommend living here. There were minor issues when we moved in but they were addressed by the leasing office.

At this time, I would not recommend anyone moving into a classic unit. The lower rent is not worth it to live with roaches.

We have only been here 10 days but it already feels like home. The community itself is quiet, low-key, and welcoming. Office management (Lucy in particular!) has been so helpful in making sure we had everything taken care of during the entire process from touring the community several times with us, answering all our questions, assisting us through the application process, and was so patient and knowledgeable! The unit itself was recently renovated so it’s gorgeous and we are looking forward to seeing the new amenities after the remodel is complete! Maintenance is always around, cleaning and fixing and we have had Jose here a few times to do some repairs and been pleased with the final results each time.

Spacious apartment with private garage in a quiet community. Management is pleasant and very helpful. Minutes away from local grocery store and restaurants. Been here a short while but so far I love it.
