Honestly, at first when I moved in, (late 2019), I really enjoyed living at Stonemeadow Farms. It was clean, affordable, staff was helpful and nice, and it was pet friendly. Since then, things have not gotten better, (which I attribute to the change in management…) I’m in the process of moving out and it has been incredibly painful. There have been a number of clerical errors overcharging my rent, staff not showing up at all for walkthroughs and service requests, and no communication when I reach out via phone or email. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. What happened, Stonemeadow? I expected them to try and overcharge me on move out fixes and unfortunately, I’ve been proven right so far. After trying to turn over my keys early and NO ONE from maintenance ever showing up to do my final walkthrough and turn over keys, they are continuing to try and charge me for days I have not even lived in the apartment. I have called and emailed many, many, many times and they rarely respond, and didn’t even send me move out instructions until three days after my lease was done! Absolutely ridiculous. I will continue to update my experience here, good luck to anyone moving out soon. Be diligent, attend the walkthroughs so they can’t overcharge you, and call them out when they try to charge you for THEIR mistakes. Renter’s beware.

Dont. Just dont. dont waste your time or money. the front office if HORRIBLE. take WEEKS to respond to maintenance requests and have been told several times when i have gone in that they dont have any time for me. theres condos down the rode that are nicer for cheaper, do anything but these apartments. I can not say it enough. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER.

This place is not managed well and has problems with water damage, smells, ants, and poor customer service. If you made a mistake and rented here, they have a 30 day lease cancellation.
I lived at Stonemeadow Farms for 3 years & was very much satisfied. The Staff & management were great, always attentive to my needs. I only had a couple maintenance issues & each time it was taken care of within a 24 hour period, usually it was the same day. I was always treated with respect & felt comfortable making a request or voicing my concern. The property was very well maintained & that made living there very enjoyable. Ryan
Lived here for a year and I was not impressed. Unless you pay for parking, don't expect to find any. There is always dog droppings on the grounds and they leave threatening letters on everyone's doors, but never actually do anything. (people without pets even receive these notices). When it comes to notices, they love to leave them tucked into your door (couple times a month), this is problematic when they do this and you are out of town. Personally I travel for work a lot and the last thing I want to do is draw attention to the fact that I'm not home. Plus they always create reasons that they need to come into your apartment. Lived there for a year and they came in to replace things, check for bed bugs, check fire alarms, check this and that. I would guess 9 different times in 12 months unasked for check ups. I also had issues with neighbors and the office. I received complaints for different things when I wasn't even home (traveling for work and could prove I wasn't home or in the state). I never felt like this was a safe environment either. I don't smoke, but I could often smell cigarette smoke in my apartment when the doors and windows were closed. Overall, I am truly disappointed with the year that I lived there and do not recommend it to anyone else.
If you think that you are getting a great, special, deal when you move here, renter be weary. When your lease is up, your rent will increased dramatically. The owners and the management team do not care if you are a good tenant. If you are unable to renew your lease because of the dramatic increase, the management team will say "this is what the market rate is now," "Oh well." This complex has a constant very, very, high big turn over because they cannot keep their residents here due to increasing the rent when a resident's lease is up for renewal. The owners and the management team are very greedy! and do not care if you leave. The entire management team are practically new. The original management team are all gone now. The original staff were awesome, caring, and very professional. The new management team are rude and could care less about you as a resident here at Stonemeadow Farms. You will never get to meet or see the new property manager, because she hides behind the blinds in her office and will not come out to introduce herself and greet you. If you are not going to stay here when your lease expires, then this is the place for you However, if you have intentions of making this your home for awhile and living here for more than a year and you are unable to afford the shocking, high rent increase when your lease is up for renewal, you might be packing your boxes and moving again.
