Property Ratings at Stonegate
Stonegate has been a wonderful place to live the last few of years. All staff is so welcoming, helpful and kind. The property is great, neighbors are respectful and any time a maintenance request is submitted it is fulfilled immediately. The security car at night makes us feel safe and all amenities are clean and easily accessible.
I lived here for almost 4 years. The management team is responsive and friendly; maintenance is dedicated and expedient. The apartments are large and well designed with amenities that work. The grounds are meticulously manicured. The clubhouse had everything I needed for my workouts and bbq's and was always nicely decorated around holidays. I was very impressed with the continuing positive experience I got at Stonegate. It's a place I can call home.
I have lived in quite a few complexes and none have compared to stonegate. I’ve been living at stonegate for almost 3 years and it’s been great. My neighbors are great, the property is kept cleaned and well maintained and the ladies in the office have been a pleasure. Me and my family love it here and plan on staying for a long time.

I just signed my second year’s lease signaling a happy year at Stonegate. My only question is why wasn’t I living here all of these years? Every aspect: the apartment: grounds, maintenance, environment and the staff has been consistently wonderful, affording a quality of life that conforms with all of my hopes for an extraordinary home. I highly recommend Stonegate to anyone looking for a place to live where they can settle in and know that they will be happy for many years ahead. - Bruce Levine
This is a nice development with more amenities for your money compared to other luxury rentals in the area. The bedrooms are large with walk in closets. The kitchen is a bit small, but functional. The 2 and 3 bedroom units have a full second bathroom. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are convenient pluses to the unit. There are quite a few down sides however. For starters the winter months are brutal on your heating costs and you never really feel as warm as you want. I think it needs better insulation. The place is poorly structured to where even though I have never smoked in my life, my unit would frequently smell like cigarettes from others who smoke in their units. I made it quite clear at the time I signed my lease that due to my sons asthma, I could not have a unit where I'd smell cigarette smoke. They say the property will be smoke free by November of 2017, but I find that will definitely be difficult to regulate. There are some sections that have people living there that do whatever they want as if it were they're private home not considering the other tenants around them. People take up 2 parking spots in front of the units. Garage holders still park in front of the units when the lease asks to park in front of their garage, if they've purchased it. I've had someone who has a garage, put a note on my car asking me to park in the stall in front of my unit, as if they had such a far distance to walk. Walls are kind of thin so I occasionally hear conversations, someone playing a piano, a guitar and singing very poorly to where it sounds as if they're just yelling. Lower units are allowed to barbecue, but someone burns wood logs which completely engulfs the unit, which makes the place smells as if it's on fire. I had to close my balcony door because the burning of these logs literally set the alarms off. The next day the place still smells as if there's been a fire. I only hope my clothes and furniture doesn't. This could all be limited to the section I was placed, but you only see a sample unit when viewing and not the unit that you'll be living in, so if possible question others in the section you'll be living before signing.
This is a nice area and building for a small family, the area is very clean and the people are nice ! it's in a good school district .

I have been living here for 2 years now and have only positive things to say about Stonegate! The complex is nice and well-kept. The area is quiet and the apartments are spacious with patios or balconies (depending on whether you're on the ground level or second floor) and walk-in closets! The maintenance is spot on, anytime I have had an issue in my apartment, the Superintendent has come over to fix it within an hour or two. I felt the main office is easily approachable with questions and reasonable with my requests. The amenities are also great and don't come with an extra fee- the pool, the tennis courts, the clubhouse- I use them all frequently! I will be re-locating from Long Island next year and hope I can find a complex this great in my new town.
