All of the apartments at Stonegate at St. Stephen are one-bedroom units. Each apartment has a hallway foyer entrance that flows into the kitchen/living room area, carpeted bedroom with an ample closet, handicapped-accessible bathroom with walk-in shower. The building also provides several community spaces for the residents to enjoy time together, including a shaded rear patio with chairs and picnic tables, a large front porch with ample seating, and a gazebo. The first floor features a large multipurpose room with an attached kitchen, which is where both formal and informal resident and management events are held. This room also is furnished with a large TV and DVD player and vending machines. The first floor also is equipped with a free computer lab with multiple internet-enabled computers and printer for the residents use. A smaller common room on the second floor has a television, comfortable seating and a game table where residents gather to play cards and dominoes.
