The first floor features a large multipurpose room with an attached kitchen, which is where both formal and informal resident and management events are held. This room also is furnished with a large TV and DVD player and vending machines. The first floor also is equipped with a free computer lab with multiple internet-enabled computers and printer for the residents use. A smaller common room on the second floor has a television, comfortable seating and a game table where residents gather to play cards and dominoes.
