Stonegate Apartments

Pleasant experiences so far with the apartment community. The staff is always nice and attentive. The maintenance staff is also nice. No complaints on noise either, neighbors we respectful.

I enjoy the space my apartment offers. Maintenance could offer a little more help with the issues I brought to them. Parking is not the greatest.

There have been some improvements, still no update. S regarding the park areas and the grills, those need to be updated immediately. They've been.I ignore it for too long

The move in process was smooth and the office staff was attentive and helpful. They made the whole thing a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Plus the apartment looked great.

Maintenance is very quick to respond to tickets and concerns. Since moving in I've had nothing but great communication with them. The only thing I'd recommend is verifying that keys and keyfobs are all working before handing them out to new residents.

I love it here, being close to shopping without the noise and traffic of Fredericksburg or Woodbridge BUT equal distance from both. Living in the third floor has its disadvantages but that’s not their fault lol. They regularly throw events but they definitely should be advertised more. The apartment gym is cute and I like that it’s 24 hours (even tho I don’t go)

So far everything has been great. The community seems very calm and quiet. Glenda was amazing throughout the entire process and very reassuring and kind.

Every thing Good except Parking issue it is not good you have to assign/issue parking slot to resident especially who lives on third floor they should be park there vehicle Infront of there stairs. Please work on this issue other than that all is good.

Been living here since 2017 and the staff has always been great, helpful and respectful. Maintenance always respond quickly with any issues that need to be fixed or looked at.

There have been some improvements but it'll still be nice if they get the barbecue areas updated new benches adding additional grills would be great since we're not allowed to have our own

It’s a very nice place to live very quiet. All neighbors are very nice. Their maintenance is very well experienced nice friendly. They take care of your calls when you need request for anything.

Really nice apartment complex, clean and the staff is really nice, and they are really fast when you need something to be fix, Overall Stonegate it's a perfect place to leave in

My first review was fantastic! Things have changed a bit in my first year. I choose the top floor for a reason, but all I ever hear is the residents below me pounding on the walls slamming doors, and yelling. Then there is the smell of all of their cooking, both inside and outside! I don't care if it's electric or not, I don't want to smell someone's cooking while I sit outside. My laundry room smells of my downstairs neighbors cooking and it cannot get rid of it. The children that run through the breezeway shouting & screaming is ridiculous, not to mention packages that have been taken from.my doorway. The last snow that we had, the snow removal was terrible and we pay for that through our rent. I've had maintenance come out 3 times for the toilet running, still runs. They come out quick & they're are polite, but 3 times still runs. I got tired of reporting it. Fixing the doors on all the dumpster gates would make this place look nicer also. This place just needs some TLC.

I've been a resident at Stone Gate Place Apartments for over a year now, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my stay. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The community is quiet, clean, and family-friendly. The location is convenient, with shopping centers and restaurants nearby. I also appreciate the on-site amenities, including the pool and gym. Overall, I'm happy to call Stone Gate Place Apartments my home. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, I highly recommend checking it out!

At stonegate they believe in helping families in need to get an affordable apartment, everyone is friendly and there is larger closet and beautiful environment. You and ur family will be safe coming to leave at stonegate apartment.

I'm not seeing any news benefits to the amenities on the property. The activities have increased however which I have been mentioning for some time

Just started using the gym again, love that it’s 24 hours. Wish the treadmill was working! Our AC has gone out twice in the year, omg, but maintenance answers quickly! Just renewed our lease, see they’ve added more resident events this year, hoping to attend!

I think for the price and area it’s great it’s close to many stores on Garrisonville and very convenient for shopping! We’ve lived here for 2 years and our area of neighbors were lovely!

I love this community, the neighborhood is very quiet, the maintenance people stay active when you need them, they are very friendly, and those in the office are very friendly

I’ve had a roach problem and the same person keeps coming and barley spraying and nothing has changed. The up keep of the complex is terrible. They try charging me for my trash now when it doesn’t even sit outside my door for more than 30 min, I can’t keep my stroller downstairs and I have little kids so now I have to carry a stroller and kids, there’s a missing trashy area where a park was or should be.

Maintenance team are all stars!The system is set up that requesting a maintenace issue is fast and simple. Then the maintenance team will fix any issue within 24 hrs!!

I love this residence because it is very quiet, and it always has a good atmosphere, the neighbors are quiet, the only thing I don't like is that the pool is very small, but the apartments are very beautiful

I really love Stonegate Apartment, I would recommend it because it feels a tranquility and peace in this place, and I love the work of the people in the office and also maintenance they do a good job.

Maintenace staff are polite and fast. Easy way to pay rent. Great shopping near by also. Leasing office team are great and polite. My overall experience with Stonegate has been great so far.

I love this place, there is a lot of peace and tranquility to live in. I like that the shops are nearby to go shopping and also have friendly and quiet neighbors.

They’re always on top of any issues we may have! They keep the area clean and maintenance is always more than happy to help with any issues we may have

Love it here and the people i call neighbors, theres a lot of mutual respect and the ones with kids we all seem to know one another due to the kids always outside with one another

The maintenance team complete orders in a timely manner. Normally, they complete orders within 24-48 hours. They are quiet as much as possible when completing work in your place. The office workers respond to your needs in a timely manner as well and are kind when communicating with residents.

I moved here because I was looking for quiet. I was not wrong at all! I love to sit outside on my balcony, that's all I've been able to do, since I moved here. This place is so much more quiet than where I came from. I am settling in nicely. I am so happy that I chose Stonegate to reside!

I love my little apartment. I have been a resident since 2020. It's perfect for me being disabled. Has everything that I need to happily get by. Also the rental office and maintenance are top notch. Thank you guy's for everything!

everything about these apartments is amazing !! The maintenance men to the landlords they’re all AMAZING !! Very great communication !! Whatever you need will be done within 24hrs of the request

I love this place, and I also really like the peace that is felt in this community, I like the office staff and also the maintenance, I am happy with the place.

Its a great community I have not had any problems so far people there have been nice. Just theu give little bit of time to rate the apartment complex once you move in I am a busy mom and the paper they given me I haven't beenn able to fill out since i been moving.

We are loving the neighborhood, our experience with the leasing office, and how quickly maintenance fixed the things we needed. We came home from work to find every single thing fixed within 24 hours of submitting our move-in paperwork mentioning things like a leaking faucet and light bulbs.

Our tubs aren’t sealed correctly and will literally not get clean looking no matter what. Everything else is fine but we told them and they told us to “use mold and mildew spray “ when that’s not the issue.

as my very first apartment, im in love. this place truly feels like home & I’ve already made some amazing memories in this place so far! It is so beautiful!

The staff is always so sweet and kind. Neighbors are also nice. Maintenance is always on top of things when they are needed. Zero complaints!

Fast maintenance, nice area, good neighbors. Convenient to shopping, libraries, and places to eat. I still would love hotter water, but minor issue. No big complaints from me

I loved it a lot, from the beginning that one was going to apply for the apartments because the people in the offices are very nice people, I highly recommend these apartments

This apartment complex is Decent. The rent a bit high. But for the most part is quiet. Wish management would replace fix that needs to be replaced instead of mixing 5/6 times same problem. They have upgraded apartments but just the Kitchen area not much . I moved is old and dirty need to be replaced with other stuff but they say they can’t ..

Its ok the walls could be thicker hear all the people stomping around and talking outside and parking is tight my car has so many dings and scratches from people hitting it

Glad to be a part of the community! Staff is very accommodating, glad maintenance put salt on the parking spots when the snow storm hit. They never fail to follow through when we need them.

I absolutely love the community. The upkeep of the community is great. Everyone in the leasing office including maintenance are very friendly. I'm so glad that I moved here

All of the maintenance people I have come in contact with have been very nice. They come at a decent hour. They fix things in a timely manner. They are polite and very professional.

The ladies at the office and maintenance are so helpful! They always get back to us quickly. My husband and I love how clean the gym is and how they have disinfecting wipes available.

Maintenance has quick response time and is kind. No issues with ESA, quiet community. Wish they weren’t working on WiFi for the past week and a half but that’s not their fault lol
