Water The maintenance man who worked on my garbage disposal accidentally poked a hole in a pipe under the sink. That evening I turned on the kitchen faucet as I needed hot water. It takes sometime for the water to get hot. I went to the refrigerator to start preparing my dinner. I went back to the sink to check the water temperature..I stepped in a pool of water that was on the floor I then looked under the sink and water was pouring out of the pipe. I shut the water off. However, by then water was all over the floor and under the sink. I had to remove all items from under the sink. I used several towels to soak up the water on the floor and under the sink. I had to throw away a few items that were under the sink. The next day the maintenance man returned apologized and fixed the leak. Other then that he did an excellent job with my washer and closet door.

Excellent Job! They were very quick to get everything done in the same day. I had multiple requests and they got everything together and scheduled a time to come over do do everything at once. When the day came, they spent a good amount of time making sure everything was fixed, installed and in working condition. Very friendly and everything is great!

Stone Ridge is like a paradise right here in Lincoln, Nebraska! The property is located in a peaceful, beautifully scenic area. The villas aren't like apartments at all, but rather like upscale townhomes. The attached two-car garage is a huge bonus! The Clubhouse is warm and inviting and offers a clean Exercise Room with the latest workout machines and equipment. The pool is what completely sold me on this place though!! It is well maintained and has new, comfortable lounge chairs surrounding it. The staff here are professional, friendly and accessible. My pups love going on walks around the lake. The natural beauty of this property never gets old. I absolutely LOVE living here!!

Apartments built in 2004. Appliances are the original appliances from 2004! Carpet is old, walls not freshly painted, apartment not clean when I moved in. Apartments are visibly aging inside. LOOK CLOSELY WHEN YOU INSPECT! Things are only replaced "when they are not able to be used anymore". These apartments DO NOT GET UPDATED!!! Please keep this in mind.

These apartments are beautiful homes. They have private entries and attached 2 car garages! Everyone gets a great view of the lake in your back yard! Updated kitchen and bathroom, and free internet!! It's just like living in a town home but it has all the services of an apartment. There is a pool and hot tub as well as a gym and club house. This is a gated community and very private and feels safe. Pets are welcome here, I have 2 big dogs. I would stay here if it wasn't so pricey!! located on the south side of Lincoln, I will admit that the location is inconvenient for me because it's almost by the Lincoln city limit and so far away from my work and school. Sometimes management can be absent minded and over charge you so you have to check your billion statements. Other than that, it's a great community to live in and I would recommend this place to anyone who can afford the expensive rent
