The property manager at the Marlborough location is neglectful and has poor communication. This property is poorly kept and tenants are repeatedly ignored.

Since day, one upon applying for Stonegate community, Communication has been amazing. I can pick up the phone and call anytime. If I needed any information or to verify paperwork received. Any issues that I may have had were resolved immediately and efficiently. The staff is amazing. This was the easiest moved by far I have ever made.

I have lived at StoneGate for a little under 4 years. There are many amenities and several floorplans available. I have the best 2 bedroom/2 bath plan, top floor corner unit with fireplace, oversized deck, large kitchen with pantry and breakfast bar, 2 walk-in closets and an office. It is always quiet and fairly peaceful as far as apartment living goes. Management is attentive and maintenance staff is superb.

My experience at Stonegate has been awful, The management is Beyond unprofessional, i’ve had issues in my apartment and there are major issues on site that nobody is addressing… i’m paying a lot of money to rent here and it is by no means a luxury apartment facility

2 weeks before we moved in I was contacted that the apartment we signed the lease on was unavailable. We had to settle for a terrace apartment, which is extremely dark and dreary. People walk their dogs behind our apartment, and don’t pick up after their dog. We’ve found all kinds of food on the property. Then we found out there was another family living in the apartment we we’re supposed to have. Feel our experience is based on dishonesty from the leasing agents. We probably won’t stay when our lease is up

I have no good comments when it comes to management..it’s a revolving door here. Nobody stays for more than 3 yrs here and when you complain it’s like talking to a wall because nothing gets done. It’s aggravating and disappointing…all my neighbors are moving out because the rents went up by $300.00!! That’s insane and just pure greed for the times we are living in because of corporations like GREY STAR.. you are part of the problem with inflation??

I have been living at Stone Gate for 5 years and have enjoyed the experience overall. I have no plan to move as the team works hard to keep residents happy in their homes. The amenities are plentiful, help is always available if you need it, activities are fun and neighborhood focused. My kids and I like living here!

Building are quiet & they do everything. maintenance of snow, lawn, all common areas, tests all alarms, replace air filter. All regularly. Apartment has everything I need. W/D, DW, Fire place, soaking tub. There is a package room near office nice when your away. Havent used pool but plan to Next year. Staff in office are super nice. Helpful and kind about it. I like it here for all those reasons.

Stone Gate is a great apartment community! The grounds are lovely, the units are spacious and beautifully designed, the amenities are great, and the convenient location to highways - while feeling like you're tucked in the woods - is a delight!
