Pine Forest is a large swath of northern Fayetteville that encompasses both undeveloped land and newly constructed residential hotspots. Proximity to Fort Bragg makes this area popular among those who work on the base. Pine Forest is made up largely of farmland, but what residential areas have been developed hold single-family houses in planned neighborhoods and low-rise apartment communities. Residents love the area for the extra space it affords when compared to Fayetteville and its downtown. Property Ratings at Stone Gate
I was suppose to move in the end of August and something came up and l could not leave Tennessee. They were very understanding and compassionate thank you again for understanding. Pamela Leviner
This place is a great family establishment to live in with the largest apartment being 1515 sq ft and detachable garage, Door to door trash pick up, very large spacious pool and club house, car wash on premises, free cable (Time Warner), very pet friendly, no smoking inside apartments, but everything is included with rent, except the electric. A security gated community under 24 hour surveillance. Now, a few negative factors, but are correctable and a work in progress. -tenants forgetting to clean behind their dogs. -not enough parking, so many people here. -the smoker sometimes forget to dispose of their cigarette in proper place.
