I’ve been here many years and enjoy my home and the location. It’s secluded and feels private. Everyone is nice, it feels good to be part of this community.

Poor management. Poor communication rented here because I see the high rated reviews online, but so far I have experienced the opposite living here

Throughout my residency in this area, there has been a noticeable absence of security within the apartment complex. My car was stolen from within the gated premises, and numerous other vehicles have been broken into on multiple occasions. Additionally, there have been incidents of break-ins in the apartments. While the improved lighting has provided some assistance, I still feel uneasy. Leaving early in the morning around 4 am, I am always filled with fear about what I might encounter outside. I strongly believe that with better security measures in place, these unfortunate incidents could be prevented.

Lovely place, beautiful surroundings, truly a place where either a family or roommates can thrive.

The grounds are well kept and pretty. My apartment is spacious. It is a peaceful place, quiet, except for the wildlife, which is such a nice sound to hear in the city.

It’s been great,clean environment,friendly neighborhood and there’s never any traffic.I also appreciate the new Starbucks built near by.The front desk staff is always helpful and informative of updates.

Always keeping up with landscaping and improvements. The office staff is very accessible and responds fast to any questions or problems. It's better than all my past apartment complexes.

I have been here for a little over five years and my experience has been great. The place is quite and the staff is really friendly. If you have a problem they have no problem working with you or even better solving it. I have really enjoyed my time here at Stone Canyon.

I feel that the community is getting better. I love the new lights throughout the complex. And the sense of safety and security in the complex now.

I still love it here. We have been here for almost nine months now, and it is very peaceful. I love that there is a lot of nature all around! When I first moved in, I said that it was dark especially at night, but they put in new LED lights all over. Now, it is very lit and bright everywhere, which is great! It definitely feels safer! I love it!

An amazing place to reside. The landscaping is beautiful and the management staff are phenomenal! The pool and hot tub are awesome. The gym, however, is small and there is no privacy at night (anyone can see you working out—to me that’s a safety concern.)

Beautiful, quiet place to live. It’s always clean and well kept. Residents are kind. Very much appreciate the staff. They are always available for any questions.

We have been here for five months now, and we have had a great experience! We had some trouble with our fridge, and every time we put in a request, they quickly came to fix the problem. It’s a very nice environment here! We love it!

Will miss living here very much. The staff is fantastic and the amenities are great and the neighbors are wonderful. The maintenance department is great too!

Great staff. The front office is helpful The amenities are good, there could be tint on the gym windows for privacy. Located in a nice neighborhood. Maintenance keeps up with grounds and completes requests in a timely manner.

Overall a good experience. No safety or health issues and we have lovely views and a quiet neighborhood. You feel safe and at the same time close to everything.

The staff is always receptive and respond quickly to any concerns or needs. Love living in such a quiet place, with sounds of frogs in the background.

The community is very clean and quiet. Those were 2 of the biggest things when deciding to live at Stone Canyon. The front office is awesome and everything has been nothing less than exceptional.

My husband and I love stone canyon apartments. It is an amazing peaceful place. We feel at home and the staff is so nice and friendly. There are many amenities so there is always something to do. We really recommend stone canyon to anyone. It has been a blessing for us.

Stone Canyon is everything you want an apartment complex to be and more. The area is extremely quiet and tucked away which is definitely a rare thing in California. The amenities are awesome, me and my girlfriend love the sauna and plan on having family members over at the pool at grill. As for the actual apartments the appliances were what sold me. All the kitchen appliances are close to brand new and the fridge is amazing, it's a double door large fridge with a water and ice dispenser. Renting this place was a no brainer, the price is a little high for the area but you get what you pay for.

Excellent apartments. We feel at peace and love the community. My fiancé and I feel so blessed of living here. We feel at home. We recommend these apartments. Management is great and maintenance is very efficient.

Stone Canyon Apartments is the first complex I have lived in, and the overall experience has been remarkable. The work that the office team puts into keeping the complex operational shows, and I appreciate the events/food trucks they host every so often. The grounds are well-kept, and the units themselves are beautiful - plenty of upgraded features to enjoy. The maintenance staff is respectful and timely with their service, even with simple requests. I am grateful to call Stone Canyon Apartments my home!

Love living here! Amenities are outstanding. Quiet and Friendly, neighbors. Beth & Frances in the leasing office are the nicest & most helpful. The maintenance team are also very efficient. Best place to live.

Just really happy with the staff and service here at Stone Canyon. It's a great place to live and I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to move. Again, the main reason why we moved here was because of the staff. John, (the other two incredibly nice ladies in the front), Crystian, and Frank have been nothing but wonderful to me and my wife since we came. The clean premises, amenities, and etc. are legitimately frosting on the cake.

I am uncomfortable with the safety here at Stone Canyon - the front gate remains broken and open at all times. I moved here because it was gated and now it feels unsafe. When I called the office they wanted a police report and I provided them with a police report number. A few days later when I went to use the pool facilities, I mentioned the break-in to my car to the sales attendant and told her another car had been broken into too, she said "did you report it? We will need a police report number" Not sure what can be done to make the residents feel safer around here, however after speaking to many neighbors after my car was broken into, they say it happens all of the time. The office staff said they would communicate with the security team and have them make more rounds to building six, however many of us residents have never seen a security team or secrity car..

So far I’ve only been here for a few days and things that needed to be fixed were fix quickly and neat. The maintance guys are all nice and helpful. The reception staff are very nice and always helpful when I call and ask a question about something. All in all it has been going great and better then other places I’ve lived at.

Hi Ben and Chelsea here, We had the pleasure of living at this apartment complex for 2.5 years. We had our first child and were looking for an apartment that was quiet, safe and nice for our infant. We found Stone Canyon. I must say that it was the best complex we have ever lived in. From the moment we moved in, we felt welcomed and valued by the management and staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The layout was perfect for our needs. The community amenities were also top-notch. The pool, mini golf course, and fitness center were all well-maintained and easily accessible. During the 2.5 years we were blessed with a 2nd child, we had ample space to accommodate our grow our little family. What set this apartment complex apart from others we have lived in was the sense of community. We would often go outside with out little ones to play on the rocks or collect acorns by the pool and all the neighbors were all very friendly to us. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. If you are looking for a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment, then look no further. This was the best complex we have ever lived in and we will always cherish the memories we made there.

Such a great experience touring this community! I came in on Friday with my boyfriend to look at a 1 bedroom & we ended up choosing a 2 bedroom because the price & layout was such a great deal! Beth was so kind & helpful! She is definitely a people person! The community has so much to offer in the way of the amenities, location & apartment design. I rarely post reviews but this experience was absolutely worth it! I would recommend Beth & Stone Canyon to anyone looking for an apartment in Riverside.

Stone Canyon - Riverside, CA, has been a pleasant surprise -- well-upkept apartment and grounds, very friendly and responsive staff and maintenance crew.

This has been my favorite apartment community to live in so far. Rent is a bit high, but well worth it. Units are spacious, maintenance is timely (with the exception of one request I made during the holidays), staff are friendly, and the community is quiet and safe. My favorite aspect may be the well kept amenities. It is difficult to get ahold of staff via phone at times, but they are usually responsive via email or available in-person. I did experience some lapse in communication during my move-out process so I had to initiate correspondence, and I lost half my security deposit although I only lived in my unit for one year and kept it generally well-maintained. Those were the only negatives, but I don’t think they are enough to take off a star!

For the positives, the complex is well-kept, quiet and safe. I liked my apartment unit a lot. The maintenance team was very quick and answered any questions I had. However, I had a lot of issues with the management here. My biggest issue is that it is way too difficult to get a hold of management via phone during office hours. I would estimate 75%+ of my calls went to voicemail or I left a message that was never answered. Ironically when it's time to renew your lease you'll get a lot of calls. Emails were similar, took days to get a response. This really makes me feel like they don't care about me as a tenant and just want my money. When it came time to move out, they consistently kept saying I had a roommate when in fact my latest lease does not have one on there. They even wrote this on my security deposit after being corrected multiple times. Regarding the security deposit, despite the manager Beth saying that my apartment looked great and I thoroughly cleaned it (no damages were caused during my stay), they took hundreds of dollars out of the security deposit “for professional cleaning”. I also had to call and email multiple times, which made me think if I didn't, I'd have never seen the measly amount sent back to me. Another complaint is that the cost to rent here now has gone up so much, I don't think it's worth it based on the above. They also bill your water/trash through a third party (Conservice) so expect to pay at least 5 bucks every month for "service fees", which is unnecessary. I enjoyed the apartment but the above experiences were really displeasing to me.
