The staffs at Ceresa are great. Very friendly and fun to talk to. Ceresa is great place to live, they have a great small gym on the main floor, easy access to workout, and a cafe next to the gym, for some nice drinks and pastry before or after working out. Their sharing lounge room is very spaces inside and out.

Been living at Cerasa for couple of years now and love this place. Its close to everything - buss stop, freeway, hotels, restaurants and bars. Apartment is clean tidy, all the Cerasa's employees are very nice and easy to talk to.

Constant noise

When I first moved in (early April '19), my neighbor was watching something on television, the first 4 out of the 7 days after hours. The first couple occurrences were past 3:00am, and subsequent ones were past 1:30am. Especially when I'm already tired from the move and cannot get a good sleep! Had numerous discussions with management about this, but honestly if you have an inconsiderate neighbor, it'll never go away until the end of your lease. I have to say the few weeks after these discussions were better, because I'm sure my neighbor was still living alone. Now that either his wife or girlfriend has moved in, I've been recently hearing banging noises every other day between 12:00am - 1:30am for about a minute and a half, with high pitch noises during this time. Then after becomes shower noise. Bottom line, if you decide to rent here or any apartment, really ask about noise isolation, and whether you can do any tests before deciding! I'd give it a fair because at the very least, when I decided to email upper management, I'd get back a response from someone as well as leasing office then decided to act on it.

Too strict

Ceresa apartment is a very authoritarian place to live, been living here for a month, and they already make me feel uncomfortable. I’m slowly regretting moving into Ceresa! When I moved in, they said the fob is use for the front entry door, out of no where I was unable to use the elevator or enter to the garage parking. I was never told I needed the fob to use the elevator and to get to the parking garage. Lack communication!

Great Leasing Experience

I wanted to take the time to provide some feedback on the leasing experience I've had at Cerasa thus far. I had already toured multiple properties prior to visiting Cerasa, and I really wanted to point out how helpful the management team at Cerasa has been. I also wanted to give a shout out to Hailey, who is the primary leasing agent I worked with. Hailey was incredibly helpful and patient with me during the tour. She answered all of my questions, took her time showing me multiple units along with the building amenities, and I never once felt rushed. Ultimately I did decide to lease with Cerasa, and again Hailey and team have been incredibly helpful throughout the process, they've been very responsive in addressing my requests and questions via e-mail and phone. With the level of service I have received so far, I imagine my move-in and time at Cerasa will continue to be a great experience.

What a great experience!

I’ve never taken a “hard hat” tour before, and it was so fun! Hailey was so patient with me when I asked her a million questions! She makes you feel comfortable, and is so easy to talk to! If I wasn’t looking to move in immediately, I would’ve leased at Cerasa! It’s a beautiful community, I’m so bummed I’m missing out! Highly recommend if you’re looking to move in September or October!
