The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Stillwater Park Apartments in Dayton Ohio
The apartments are great the units are nice and spacious they keep the hallways of each apartment really clean and its most fresh just about every other Friday the only thing that I don't like is that the parking sucks!!!!! the rental team bites they don't do anything they promise you that they going to write a letter they're going to send a letter out. Going to get parking passes and they don't do it!!!!! for those who work long hours and your apartment is right in front of you but you have to park clear across around on the other end of the building is quite an inconvenience I would not like to live here again I would like to move and it's because of the parking and because no one seems to want to take care of the problem (they just don't care????
I have lived her for about a year now and have really liked being here. Have gotten help if anythimg breaks in a timely manner and never have an unpleasant time when it comes to the rental staff. The only downside i have noticed is that there is one A/C unit (in the wall) that doesnt quite cool the entire house. But all in all i am planning to renew and stay another year..
