I am happy here. I have to feel safe and I do. I hope our shed for trash gets completed soon by Bldg 17. I am delighted to see the improvements to the club House, but I feel the community missed many pool months/days of usage for this amenity that we paid for without access. It looks very nice though.

I found the management staff pleasant and professional. The apartment was in perfect condition. The amenities are great. I'm very glad I made this choice. The apartment has a large, well-planned layout with lots of natural light and contemporary decor. The property is consistently maintained. With very neat building features. With quick access to parks, grocery stores, and public transportation, the location is excellent. Professional and vigilant, the management staff sees to it that any maintenance problems are promptly fixed. All things considered, I would heartily suggest this apartment to anyone searching for a quality and practical place to call home."

The move in process was simple and easy, the staff was very nice, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the community. Our apartment is nice, with minor cleanliness issues. Our parking spot is convenient, garbage/dumpsters are close to apartment. Neighbors seem friendly, polite and respectful. The amenities are very nice and kept clean. The community environment is well kept and clean. For our first week here all seems very nice, looking forward to what the next year has to offer here at Sterling Parc.

In the years we lived there were several changes, a lot of money was invested for the better, but things remained the same. It's like painting a house to make it look prettier, but the problems are still there. When they closed the clubhouse to renovate it, the residents were never informed that it would be closed for 9 months. Things are done here to attract new customers, but a lot of that affects those who are living here, like putting a grill in front of their window.

I am very disappointed after I moved. A/c was not working. Called emergency maintaining and he tried to fix was the problem was not possible so had to spend the entire day without a/c. Toilet flush is not working and water is not going. Apartment was not cleaned and toilets are very dirty. I am very disappointed

Great place to live. Very safe and nice area. I just wish the management office was more responsive. Barely any communication while we were moving in and you can’t get a hold of them even when their hours say they’re open. They were very incompetent and disorganized when we were trying to set things up for our move in. As long as you don’t have to deal with them too much, you’ll be comfortable here

I recently had lost my license.I just got it back.The rsidents in my building have been awesome.They,ve helped me in more ways than you could imagine.They,ve taken me to the store for foodshopping and to pick up moms prescriptions.I,ve made alot of friends in the building.This place is a awesome place to live.If anyone was looking for a place to live I would definitely reccomend here.They have grills you can use year round . I love my unit-it’s bright, spacious & clean! Sterling Parc is a community with friendly neighbors and I feel safe here 24/7! I just have to say that I am super upset with the awful Install of the swing set and the fact that it’s been up for a month? And it has not been fixed. What was the point of it if the kids can’t use the slide and why would you install it where they would end up on the pavement from the slide of a parking lot when and IF it gets fixed?

We love Sterling Parc and have since we moved here a couple of years ago. They have great ammentites, maintenace is fantastic, and the apartments are spacious. However, they are about to implement a new parking policy where you have to pay $50 per month for a second parking spot. This is wildly unfair as apartments that have garages get 2 spots automatically for free, whereas the apartments without garages have to pay for their second spot. The residents shouldn’t be punished for the parking issue. I hope they reconsider to allow ALL to have 2 spots sans fee, not just those with garages.

Overall our experience has been pleasant. It is expensive and for what you pay in rent, the apartments could be a bit more modern. Most of the staff is great to work with. The grounds are always well kept. The gym could use a facelift and equipment could be better maintained so that its not always out of service. The parking has been an issues but is being addressed so we will see if that helps.

I have been a resident since October 2017. In the 6 years, I have found that the residents are treated very well by the office staff. Response time for maintenance is generally excellent. Any concerns of mine have been addressed in a timely manner. Also, the complex's location is excellent. It is quiet throughout the community even though we are located closes to all the major highways.

I mostly love living here. I think the staff are all very kind and engaging. The maintenance staff is wonderful. The amenities are nice and well-maintained. The community of neighbors is friendly - mostly everyone will wave and smile. It’s also super quiet (which I love!). The only constructive criticism I have is I’m unfamiliar with the new leasing manager. The previous leasing manager went above and beyond and Sterling Parc ran like a well-oiled machine. Since she left, I’ve seen some cracks in terms of communication and timeliness of emails/maintenance requests. My hope is that the communication between management and residents improves significantly. It would be a good start if the leasing manager responded to emails as opposed to delegate them to her staff.
