This is a bad place to live. Things don't get fixed and when they do it takes months to have it fixed. You can hear everything through the walls and floors, every foot step and conversation. Pools are not regularly cleaned. Strange people come in and out as the main gates are almost always broken and wide open.

I've seen some pretty old reviews so here's the update on this place: The front office people are pretty solid. I've had no issues with them and they're relatively helpful. The apartment itself is great. Sometimes the neighbors can be annoying but all in all, I highly recommend moving here ??

Apartment got robbed by someone who was definitely planning it for a long time. Timed the crime just right when we left for work and destroyed both locks. They loudly hammered open our safe while my dog was barking. You would have thought the neighbors would have said something since the walls are paper thin. Nope! They stole jewelry and licensed firearms so now there's someone in the area with a weapon. Workout facility is sub par. Dog poop everywhere. Not a great place to live even though on the surface it may seem like it is nice.
Just moved in a few weeks ago. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous. I give them that... They’re in a semi secluded area with trees and greenery. Very pretty. The lady who originally signed us upon was very friendly and provided amazing customer service....at least before moving in. Now that we’re in, it’s been a struggle. We have received two complaints for “noise violations” during periods in which we were sleeping. The front desk administrator calls to issue a “courtesy warning” of a noise complaint from some person who lives beneath us who stated we woke him up at 12:30 in the morning... I don’t know about you, but I have a real job that requires me to sleep during normal periods. No one in the Apartment was up at midnight. Normally we’re in bed prior to 930pm. That being said, rather than the front desk taking his feedback and providing an actual solution (like his option to live on the top floor), they decided to issue us a “warning”...for sleeping... Terrible customer service.

We want all of our residents to be as comfortable as possible, so we’re more than willing to help resolve this.
This place used to be great when it was the Alexan at Shadow Creek Ranch with Greystar Properties. The staff and maintenance workers were great and friendly. They would take care of problems very quickly. Whenever it changed to Stella with Roscoe Properties, it all went downhill. Before, if the A/C unit messed up, The Alexan workers would treat it as an emergency and fixed it right away, even on Sunday afternoon!!!!!. However, when the same issue arose with the Stella people, it got close to 5:00 pm on a hot May Wednesday and they wanted to wait until the morning. Whenever we moved out, the Stella people wanted to charge us for cleaning the room. Some of it was warranted but the office worker I talked too criticized the cleaning my wife had done and said it looked terrible. She said they expect appliances to be the same as when you first moved in. I'm sorry but after living in a place for 2 years, appliances will not look the same as when you moved in brand new. You can get it pretty close but not the same as brand new. I told the worker this and she disagreed saying she could do it. She was very rude. They charged $50 for not cleaning the oven whenever it is a SELF CLEANING oven. They charged $50 for simply pressing a button. I really missed the workers when it was Alexan. I definitely would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone. It isn't the same anymore.

First, thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Second, and more importantly, we want to apologize for the issues that you’ve had to deal with. With regards to the A/C issue, that AC had a major leak and could not be fixed that evening due to the size of the leak. We did put a portable AC unit in your apartment and the AC was fixed and operational the next morning. If that ever happens again, we’ll certainly do our best to continue keeping you informed throughout the entire process. In reference to moving out, we highly recommend that residents schedule a walk-through prior to their move-out date so we can discuss potential charges beforehand. That was not done in this instance. We’re sorry if the charges caused potential problems for you, and we’re happy to further explain each cleaning charge if you’d like to give us a call and talk on the phone! Again, we’re sorry for the inconveniences you’ve had to deal with, and we’re happy to address any more issues that you may have with charges or cleaning fees. Alexan Apartment by Greystar made us feel we are truly at home after losing our House in 2012. It made an easy, even fun transition for my 9-year old. We love its floor plans & amenities like the all year round pools with outdoor grills, its 24 hour gym, the club house with free use of computers & office supplies/equipments. The club house also has a big game room & kitchen to entertain guests or simply just to relax while enjoying free coffee. The staff are very friendly & helpful, especially Anik & Aaron. It also has a dog park & is pet friendly. For those with kids, it is walking distance to two great schools, Mary Burks Marek Elementary & Nolan Ryan Middle School. My son goes to Marek which has exemplary rating since he was First Grade. He just love the caring staff & teachers. It's also perfect if you're in the health profession as it is close to the top major healthcare systems in Texas like CHI St.Luke's, Methodist, Memorial Hermann, HCA. My work in the ER is literally just across my apartment. It's community called Pearland is booming as it's just 15 miles from the Medical Center & Houston. It's neighborhood is safe & is accessible to everything you'll ever need like pharmacies, groceries, shopping centers, convenience stores & great restaurants. I would highly recommend Alexan apt. as here, we feel that we are home and to me, that is everything when it comes to finding a place to live & rest after a long busy day at work.
I came to this apartment from a bad situation at my previous. The office staff was very helpful and honest, which I appreciated. The complex itself is great, plenty of amenities. The pools and fitness center are clean and well kept. The maintenance staff is wonderful and very helpful. My air conditioning went out on an extremely hot day and they were at my apartment fixing it a half hour later. Overall I'm very pleased.
These Apartments are really good quite place to unwind after long day of work .the staff is very friendly and the 24 hour fitness center is very clean .
