Overall is pretty good, but some of the furniture is little bit old if the management team can renew them it should be perfect. And renew the key on the door
The apartment is kind of getting old and is having maintenance issues. The common amenities could be replaced. The rooftop heaters and TVs could have some guide on how to use them. The Fans and the heater on the rooftop dont work. The common Area music system needs to be changed to anything other than SONOS. Even a normal Bluetooth option would be better since SONOS has no option to play the music i want and has no good library of music too.

I believe you’re doing GREAT. However, some areas for improvement could be faster maintenance response. Making the TVs in the lounge more practical like updating it as it’s outdated.

I love it here. All of the amenities are well maintained, the apartments are spacious, and I feel safe here. We have a cleaning crew that I see constantly cleaning the hallways, the common areas, etc. and it really does show! One thing I needed coming from Florida was a bit more diversity, and I’ve absolutely found here; and every neighbor I’ve met has been kind.

Love it here! Just wish basic maintenance orders weren’t still sitting there since September. Community is great. Staff is lovely. I even enjoy the commute to work at this point.

Slightly improving. Five more notice to community events. Emails on a Monday night for events that week is far too short notice. People want to join but not enough time. Also, sort the weed smokers out. Public area on 4th/5th floor always smells

The front desk is so nice. And really informative and helpful for everything. Great place to live in but only if u have car. The space is huge for studio. It could fit in for two people and the Tulu machine save my money on purchasing dyson

Overall, my experience has been quite positive. The facilities and community are great. However, I’ve had some difficulty reaching the leasing office. It’s often challenging to get in touch with someone, and there have been times when no one was available. Improving communication would make the experience even better.

The new management is not doing a good job communicating with the residents. Literally have to chase them, but once we can get in touch they help us out. Wish they could fix the communication gap.

Far from subway and the road to sub is damgerous. The resident is lond and annoyed. You can hear someone stepping on the floor above. The dog and the neighbor are kind in the morning. You can hear barking and shouting and running while having a great nap or sleep

We enjoy the location and accessibility to the PATh and local restaurants. The staff is friendly and the management efficient. The cost is higher than we would like but is in line with the other similar locations in town.

Steelworks amenities are great, although I wish the pool was open longer, as the weather is still warm past Labor Day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mailroom and package situation are way better than any other place I’ve lived, and I feel comfortable knowing everything I order will make it to me and no one else will take it. Only downsides are the noise from traffic, the airport, and the RedBull stadium traffic nonsense whenever there is a game. It’s a pain that residents can’t even get to their building when a game is over and the crowds are leaving.

I love the proximity to the PATH station and local restaurants. The change in management has caused some hiccups, but overall the community runs smoothly.

I’m living here 7 years it’s a good location and the building is like a hotel. This area is very up and coming and we are 3 blocks from the path station.

Love living here. Super convenient to things I like about NJ. And Joia next door is a great bonus! And the staff are super friendly - from the desk staff to the office staff, they are all helpful.

It's been great so far! The lobby has been so kind the apartment is beautiful. My dog already liked the building! I love how much security there is I feel very safe.

It has been great living at Steelworks since past 3 years! Really cool neighborhood, great accessibility to NYC! Good amenities and big new apartments. Only drawback are the Redbull matches but looks like the traffic is getting better controlled compared to last year.

Everything has been great so far! Customer service: is fantastic, everyone is warm and welcoming. Building Quality: cannot hear noise from outside or other apartments. Location: Extrememely convenient next to Newark Path.

Like a luxury hotel without the price tag - such a beautiful complex… traffic is like any other NY/NJ area. New build with clean amenities and friendly staff too.

Everything was prefect and the people here are nic and polite. The front desk are extremely helpful and they make you feel like home. The environment is quiet and the trash room clean every day

I love how quick the response time is for pretty much anything! The building is safe the front desk staff are ANGELS and the apartment itself is amazing.

While the leasing team may have room for improvement, the concierge and maintenance teams excel in their services. 3 stars for the leasing team and 5 starts for concierge and maintenance.

Been good so far. Staff is nice. Neighbors are nice. Building is responsive to requests. We have been enjoying living here. Sometimes dog owners are bad about picking up after their pets.

Good! Amenties are great and staff is hepful. However red games have started to become very inconvenient and town should do something to resolve it.

Close to the path station and easy commute to NYC. No major issues except for travel becomes restricted when a game is on since close to the arena.

Management does not respond immediately. No matter how many call or emails you send. If you are lucky to get a person to reply, it will still not resolve your problem.
