The building and apartments are professionally managed and kept impeccably fresh and clean. Unit includes one parking space, pets welcome, bright and airy open space with hardwood floors, tons of closet space, Carrera Marble counter tops, Heat and AC, wifi, and flat screen TV. Minimum of one month lease. Everything is included - One parking space, pets welcome, high speed internet, digital cable with flat screen TV, bedding and linens, towels, plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, water, power, gas and electricity. Laundry is available through a laundry service. Standard Cleaning Fee is $250 Pet Fee is $150 Pictures are of the actual apartments.
