Minimum of one month lease. Everything is included - One parking space, pets welcome, high speed internet, digital cable with flat screen TV, bedding and linens, towels, plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, water, power, gas and electricity. Laundry is available through a laundry service. Standard Cleaning Fee is $250 Pet Fee is $150 Pictures are of the actual apartments.
