Went to view these apartments with my girlfriend and we loved them. The entire community is incredible, as are the amenities. If there was 1 downfall it would be the parking situation as they are currently only giving 1 spot for a 1 bedroom, with no option to rent a second. Hopefully this opens up soon, along with the pet friendly area/apartments. Shawn gave us a tour and was amazing! Showed us everything & gave us as much information as possible. We made our decision after just 1 visit, that in a few months we will be applying to live here.

Parking is awful. With a one bedroom you only receive one parking space without an option to buy a second space. Don’t have two people with two cars in a one bedroom apartment. One of you will be upset about not being able to find parking!

Been living here about a month now -- it's not bad at all, pricing is comparable with other similar sized apartments in the area. Did like that the 1 bedrooms have a den/separate office area, which is very handy, and can be hard to find. The management likes to tout the train station being a key selling point -- it is attached to the property, for some, it's literally a 2 min walk over. They fail to mention, though, that the train doesn't stop at the location on weekends, since the stop is essentially a commuter only stop, so there's a number of trains heading toward the city in the morning until 10 AM, and there's only 2 or 3 more in the afternoon. Coming back is scheduled a bit better, but they do stop around 11 PM. Other times, you'll need to go to one of the other stops in the area and take an Uber/Lyft. Also, since they're still doing construction, the pavement isn't exactly finished, so when it rains/snows, the drainage is quite poor, and large pools of water will accumulate. Noise actually isn't too bad -- the closer to the tracks you are, the more the trains running by become noticeable. I worked from home the other day -- living in a building closest to the tracks, didn't notice them too much, though if they use the horn it can be a nuisance. Construction noise isn't too bad either, and they tend to stop by around 5 - 5:30, so that helps. May be a problem for some: because all buildings are locked by key card access, UPS and FedEx aren't able to deliver packages to your door. Instead, management has created a package drop-off room, where all deliveries for the complex are held. It's not a bad idea, but I do wish they would allow a room per building, since trying to find your package among potentially hundreds of others can be a real pain.
They are very deceiving and the prices listed on all of the main search engines are NOT accurate. I was very disappointed to say the least. Aside from this, they told me that they "made a mistake" and didn't include guest parking. Poor planning, poor staffing and not trustworthy.
