I would like to give a huge shout out to the Management & Maintenance team. Especially their superstar leasing agent, Nikema! She is always ready to accommodate the residents and guests. She is consistently professional, honest, hardworking, and ensures everyone is taken care of. Her bright energy in the office has contributed to a very positive living experience here. The maintenance team works very hard and does their very best to fulfill service requests timely as well as maintain the grounds and trash around the property [IT AINT EASY]. The property manager is very communicative and cares about the overall experience for those that have chosen to sign a lease. It feels nice to be treated like a neighbor and not just an apartment number. Best prices and value in the area for sure! I am on my 3rd lease term and I am proud to be a resident of Station at Old Town. GO TEAM !!!!!

I’ve been here basically since this building was built. Everything had still been lovely except I don’t like the new rules about packages because I just had surgery so I was in the hospital for 4 days I couldn’t make it in time to get two packages. & when I first had my baby I had a c-section someone gifted me something I didn’t know about it was returned my baby could have really used that. Other than that everything has still been wonderful

If you're considering this apartment, think twice. Garbage is strewn about, noise levels are unbearable (inside and out), hallways are dark, dingy, smelly, and stained, and the garage is so poorly designed it's a wonder there isn't daily accidents. Common areas (leasing office, mail room, clubroom) are kept clean to show off to future residents but pay close attention to the rest of the place. Management team #3 same as the rest - nothing gets resolved. Look elsewhere.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Station Old Town! The building is always clean, and the management team is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and they always follow up to ensure everything is done properly. The amenities are a huge plus, everything from the gym to the pool is well-maintained, and it’s great having access to shared spaces for work and relaxation. You can trash the place, violate lease rules, and be a complete nuisance but as long as you scrounge up rent, management doesn't do anything. Newest office team likes to send a lot of emails but still not actually clean, fix, or maintain the place. 3 years old and looks like a dump everywhere other than the main amenities to show off to future residents.

A high end apartment in a great up-and-coming location, with an amazing and attentive office staff, its hard to beat this place. A relatively strict leasing agreement keeps the complex with a clean consistent look. No one will be having a cluttered porch, or too much in front of their door, and with nice thick walls you almost never hear your neighbors. This is a great place to live, Im so excited for our next year we have here

My husband and I love being home at our gorgeous apartment! The amenities are modern and the aesthetic is surreal. At night the pool lights up the whole area different fun colors. Even with construction for our new courtyard we cannot hear a sound from it. The office and hallways smell so good and are always clean. I am very happy here. Daily we tell each other how we feel like we are at a resort or vacation. The staff is always lovely to say hi to and to come to for any questions

Excellent property to live at! Everything is new and well maintained. The amenities are top notch. No doubt the people that live here enjoy all the amenities as well as the apartment features very much. Bein located in Old Town Lewisville I think also complements the over feel of the place as it is bein revitalized with new businesses and such. The shower that comes with the shower only option here is also incredibly awesome! Parking is easy to come by any day of the week. Also, the staff is very polite and helpful with the whole process of gettin you into an apartment. Very happy thus far with my decision to live here.

The location is perfect access to the Interstate, shopping, airport, everything we need and like is a close drive.
Still under construction. We will use the amenities the most we can until things start to break and not get fixed/replaced as we suspect will happen. Leasing staff are all very friendly and kind people.
I love the location and the staff on duty is very friendly
People in leasing office are super nice. Unsure if pool is actually open or not. Apartment is nice but there have been a few problems.
Excelent staff, location and amenities. The apartments are very big and brand new.
