My name Is Jayson I have been living in this apartment for a while now, and I can confidently say it has exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I moved in, the management team made the transition seamless and welcoming. The complex is well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch—especially the gym and the pool area, which feel like a private resort. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The appliances are high-quality, and the attention to detail in the design is impressive. I also appreciate the quiet atmosphere, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. Another standout feature is the location—close to great restaurants, parks, and public transportation, making it super convenient for work and leisure. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall, this apartment has been a wonderful place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality living experience!

I love it here at state. It was the best decision I ever made! Me and my friends had so much fun on this scavenger hunt and I really love that our residents get to participate in these type of things!

I love living at State on Campus! The apartments are modern and well-maintained, the office staff is amazing, and the maintenance staff always handles requests quickly! The amenities are fantastic, and the location is within walking distance to the downtown campus.

The staff are all very warm and friendly. Also, they all remembered exactly which room I stayed in even though I moved to a new one this year. It makes me feel like they all work very hard.

Two person apartment is a great size for me and my roommate. Kitchen is also a great size with a full size fridge. Amazing size bathroom with incredible shelving.

Such a super easy move in! The staff were super helpful with what needed to happen to move-in. Example: which papers that needed to be signed, where to park, etc. Having carts was also super helpful when moving. The apartment was clean there was some with the apartment from the previous resident issues. Like paint chips missing off the wall etc.

Love it!! All the staff made me feel extremely welcoming and helpful. They make the adjustment from dorm to apartment very easy. Everything is kept very clean and nice.

I really enjoy living at state. The amenities are great and the security at the building makes me feel very safe in my home. The rent is high, but the amenities and everything you are paying for are great!

State on Campus is a fantastic place to call home while you are a student at WVU! The complex is in walking distance to campus, and provides all the amenities you'll ever need, like an amazing gym, pool, grills, and covered parking (no more digging out your car after a snow storm). The apartments are kept clean and up-to-date, and the staff are always kind and helpful. This is truly one of the best communities in town!

It has been amazing living here. The amenities are great. Love the pool table! And the people from the leasing office are super nice!

It's true-this is one of the closest places to live to campus and be off campus. It has gone downhill quickly. Internet is aweful and management is no help where this is concerned. Parking is overpriced and it is hard to get a maintenance request completed. I am still waiting for my deposit money to be returned -its been over 60 days. The Property Manager refuses to answer email or phone calls and makes the college kids answering the phones so all her dirty work. Renter Beware.

Great place to live. I have been here for a year and just renewed for another for my senior year. Probably the safest place I have lived around WVU. I pay for parking here and it is in a covered garage, well lit with security and cameras all the time. Maintenance is quick to respond to my needs and management is always there. Nothing but good experiences with owner and landlord. They should put a gym in on the first floor, though. Happy I don't have to leave to get groceries or food, everything is right on the first floor. Big rooms and always clean. Love this place!

These apartments are centrally located near the downtown WVU Campus, which is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to class for me. I moved out last year and man, am I glad to be back. The new management is friendly and helpful, just like the previous team. Under new ownership, I know that State on Campus will become the place that everyone and their mother will want to live within the next year!

Expensive for a place that cuts corners harder than the bus. I was frozen all winter and asked over a dozen times for the lock on my thermostat to be widened (I couldn't set it higher than 71) when I was sick with the flu. parking isn't included and the management team is rude and snotty. I waited months for my security deposit and finally had to call and basically demand it. This place is not managed well at all and not worth the money or the location.

The place is nice, probably best location for off campus living but way over priced. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW IS THE OWNER IS JUST NOT A GOOD PERSON. If you choose to live here you will soon find out

Beechview place is walking distance from downtown and other WVU campus buildings. The internet is very slow and terrible. You only get 32 basic channels on the TV. For the money you pay you would expect more. Parking is really overpriced and there is no incentive to pay for parking because it is so expensive. Other than those things the rooms are nice and you feel like you are in a hotel.
