Although I haven’t been at Starlight for long, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The move-in process was seamless and efficient, and the management team has been outstanding. With fantastic amenities and an ideal location, I love living here.

The experience has been perfect. Move-in was flawless, and the apartment was clean and in perfect condition. The amenities are excellent, and the building seems social.

I’ve been here for 6 months and have zero complaints! Leasing office and maintenance workers are super nice and professional. I have no issues with loud neighbors, there’s always a spot at the pool and room in the gym! Couldn’t have asked for a better location of an apartment complex also!

I looooove living here!! The apartment is so nice, perfect!! It’s just expensive and have a small space in our unit. I love the garage too!!

Love it so far! Place is so clean and safe. I feel right at home and I’m so glad I chose this place. The pool area is amazing and I overall love the look and feel!

Moving in has been as very easy. All the staff here have been extremely helpful and are very prompt to respond. Any maintenance request we have submitted or issue we have brought up was handled by the next day.

Really great community. Nice and quiet. The pool is small but the gym is always empty and all the leasing agents are super nice and kind. Lots of good amenities

Starlight in East Austin is a true gem! The modern design, spacious layouts, and top-notch amenities create an inviting atmosphere. The vibrant community and excellent management make living here a pleasure. The prime location offers easy access to East Austin's best dining and entertainment options. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love it here so far! It's beautiful and the leasing team is fantastic and so on top of things. My apartment was SPOTLESS on my move in day and all my friends can't wait to come over to use the pool :)

The amenities are great. I love the pool area and the gym is never crowded but has all new equipment. Everyone in the building also seems very nice and there's some fun groups and activities going on each month.

The property management staff have been nothing but helpful and prompt with my questions and concerns about my apartment. Moving across the country can be very stressful but they have alleviated a lot of this through their excellent assistance.

Move in was smooth! Other than the elevator being pretty small, I still managed to get my couch up. Can’t wait to get settled. The location is prime.

My experience has been great here so far! The leasing office is very communicative and keeps us updated about community events, good or bad. The maintenance team always responds promptly and gets work done leaving things as they found them. Community members are friendly.

This apartment complex is beautiful. They do a great job maintaining the area and all the people have been so sweet not only the staff but the residents as well!

Love my space and the amazing lighting, floors, fixtures, etc. Excited to plug into the community and amenities here! Bridget and Summer are lovely and accommodating as well.

By far the nicest place I've lived! It's hard to leave the property even it's this nice. The management team has been been great and flexible

So far so good, the only concerning factor is perhaps the security surrounding the parking garage and the string of break ins happening in it. Other than that the community is well kept and the amenities are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I am pleased so far with living here. My one complaint is that I had to do quite a bit of cleanup of things that were probably the result of the construction of the place since I’m the first resident in this unit. It would have been nice to have gotten a quick walk through cleaning before I moved in, like wiping down of counters, vacuuming under cabinets and drawers, and even some paint removal on the floors/carpets. Other than that it’s been lovely!

This is a new community with great amenities. Sadly not all units are styled with the same appliances but overall great space. Cleanliness is pretty good so far. Only con is, no visitor parking.

Super nice and clean amenities, great floor plans, & secure building. I love my space! However, one less star because the only downfall of this place is how there is no visitor parking, it’s street parking & there’s never a spot available.

Beautiful. Modern. Brand new. Really great amenities! The gym has everything you need, and the pool with the cabanas make it feel like a resort.

Our recent move to Starlight Apartment has been an absolute delight. The location is nestled in the buzzing East Austin neighborhood. Our 1BHK layout may be compact, but it's cozy and perfect for our needs. The apartment's modern amenities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the best aspects is the vibrant neighborhood, it’s quite and being close to downtown Austin allows us to enjoy the best of both worlds. Additionally, the proximity to the university (10mins drive) and a nearby cap metro station makes commuting a breeze. We're thrilled to have a couple of Indian restaurants nearby, including Kumar's and Sangam, as well as beautiful Mueller Lake Park. So far, the only drawback we've encountered is the inadequate accessibility for moving in. Trucks cannot enter the garage due to its low clearance of 7'. There are no designated spots for placing Pods or other storage containers on or around the premises. To avoid any inconvenience, make prior arrangements before move-in.

Nicely built building but no structure whatsoever from management. Loud college kids in hallways. No mail service. Unit is nice but loud neighbors.

I love my living experience. The brand new Starlight in East Austin. The property just opened mid-May and is absolutely beautiful. Do yourself a favor; take a tour. Once you see it, it'll speak for itself. The staff is A . You won't be disappointed. My apartment is gorgeous with beautiful finishes and whirlpool stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, nest thermostats and every apartment has a washer & dryer and balcony. The fitness center is huge with HIGH Quality equipment and free weights; has many options. It's more than what one would expect for an apartment complex gym. Plenty of common areas. workspaces; multiple lounges on lower level lobby area, conference room; then there's a rooftop outdoor sky deck lounging area, and an enclosed sky level clubhouse lounge , (the (two) ground level courtyard(s) recreational areas, the pool /spa courtyard #1, and grilling areas as well as courtyard #2 are absolutely gorgeous. Mngmt is responsive/attentive.

I enjoy the neighborhood so having the opportunity to live in this area in this specific community is great. I feel this community adds easy comfortability and leisure for every day living.

First few days here and everyone has been extremely helpful and nice. So glad that I picked Starlight as my new home! The amenities and finishes in this building are 10/10!

Friendly staff, smooth move in experience and great apartment! I have had absolutely no issues so far, and I know that if I did, I would be helped quickly!

I have only been living at Starlight about two weeks, but I am loving it. Everyone is so nice and on top of things. It is really pretty and smells brand new. I love it!

Only been here a few days, but so far so good. The only real issue is that the water boiler system isn't providing hot water to the easternmost side of the apartment yet. They say this is due to a lack of residents because water usage is low, causing the heated water to stay on the western side. Also, this is an apartment that likes to add fees outside of the actual rent they charge, so it's hard to tell what you are going to end up paying. As far as the apartment building itself, I really like it. The parking is secure, the gym looks amazing, and the amenities such as the pool and hot tub will be great once finished.
