I have lived here for 2 years now, and Starburst has really made a turnaround! The last company that was here didn't make me feel at home but with this new management, let me tell you they are the nicest people! And have gotten my orders done very quickly.
Please DO NOT move here under any circumstances. The website is completely misleading and the apartments do not look anything like that at all. My girlfriend had a HORRIBLE experience - she looked at the pictures and tours online and signed the lease based off of that (also always make sure to view the apartments and complex in person for any apartment, another lesson learned). When we got there to move her in, they said her floors weren't ready and needed another day and only provided a small compensation. Then when the apartment was ready, the dishwasher was broken, the walls were scuffed up, everything is very old and shoddily maintained, and it was essentially unlivable. She then had to break her lease, and even that process took so long and all the support staff was super unhelpful and made things worse. She had to call numerous times to get even a small update, and they purposefully dodged her calls and ignored her. Cassandra is extremely rude and unprofessional, and made the experience exponentially worse. This apartment does not treat you with respect or kindness at all. Please find another apartment complex to live in so you do not have the same experience we had.
The most incompetent staff I've ever seen. Advertises ASAP move in, but they pushed back the move in date to a week away. Surprise deposit mark up totally defeats the month free advertised. Youll also hear the highway everywhere you step aside from in the room if you're lucky.
*** I would not suggest renting here***Please be ware of this apartment community! I have been a resident 3 months and this has been the worst overall leasing experience I have had as a tenant. My move in date was delayed without a notice on two occasions and the apartment is still not move in ready. The apartment community did not clean the apartment or spray for pest prior to move in, which seems to be a huge problem at Starburst. I have had issues with my hot water twice in 3 months, missing floor tile, missing parts to dishwasher, and no closet rails to hang my clothes on in the closet to say the lease. At best I would describe the management and staff as incompetent. If you call i doubt you will get a answer and the staff often forgets to enter your maintenance request in the system. Living at this community has been extremely stressful for someone that travels for work, not knowing what mess I will come back home to with this community. Don't be fooled by the pictures online because they don't accurately show the community. The gym is only open during business hours which doesn't make sense if you work a traditional work schedule, so that amenity is not very useful. The water bill charges here are insane! $140 for on month of water usage is very expensive for a one bedroom apartment. Again please be ware of this community and stay away.1
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Management is not good at communicating, laundry room is always trashed, there’s no parking, and it’s always loud outside. My AC was broken for a month and they said that they fixed it (about 2 weeks after I called) but it still wasn’t fixed and then tried to blame me as well as only giving me a week worth of compensation instead of the 3 weeks that I had asked for. The toilet handle also broke a few months after living there and they sent a new one but it was the wrong size and never answered after that. The water takes forever to heat up and the dishwasher doesn’t really do a great job at actually washing dishes. If you ever want the AC to be below 72° during the day you should probably invest in a fan. This apartment complex is not worth the rent money.

Best experience to lease here. Staff is wonderful and willing to work with you and property is super nice and family friendly. If you have any issues they come handle it in person asap! I recommend anyone to live here. Im glad to be apart of there residence

I have a bad experience. Too much late fee, nobody fix my bathtub yet, somebody get in my balcony and take my husband bike and now I got beds bugs and nobody do anything.
It's a nice place to live. No one really bothers you, but in my opinion it is overpriced and I hate shared utilities. It is also kinda ghetto
