Directly south of Richmond is the historic city with a modern charm of Petersburg, Virginia. Between the many historical sights, local parks, and popular theaters, renters will find it difficult to get bored in a city like this. Downtown Petersburg or Old Towne, for locals, has plenty of trendy coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques for residents to enjoy. Property Ratings at Star Lofts
Not great at maintaining the property. Security that they have in place doesn’t work, people will come into the parking lot during the weekends. The main building security door doesn’t work due to a beer cap. Don’t maintain the grass. Plus bugs are a big problem. Could be because it was a more industrial building but I also doubt that tbh.
