The apartment complex is conveniently located in a bustling neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. My husband and I are new to Alameda to we greatly appreciate all of the events the management team puts together! We’ve been able to meet our neighbors and look forward to each event! As far as the facilities, they are clean and modern and the apartments themselves are beautiful. The staff is warm and welcoming and we are grateful to be living here.
Amazing, clean and new apartment complex with a historical background of the old “Del Monté” factory. Keeping a vintage appearance with an modern interior Alta Star Harbor has it all in stylish housing. Lastly, one of the best features is safety. With all the daily dangers around us Alta use a modern security approach to entry access and exterior surveillance. What more can you ask for? Price, value and and integrity.A++
