I’ve lived here 2 years, will not be renewing lease...it’s a decent place to live, no real issues other than the neighbor below me calling the office because a cigarette fell on her patio, which to me it’s a big deal. Especially since it happened when it storming really bad and the wind blew it down...Also they failed to fully remove a tree that was struck by lightning! The tree limb is hanging down, yet they didn’t cut it down...if it storms really bad again, it’s going to fall for sure...Other than it’s been ok...The price for a 3 bedroom is good. However they need to do some much needed renovation. They just have the standard white kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom the same...

I’ve been here for a full year and never had a problem with staff or management. The only issue I have had is with my neighbor under me that has knocked on my door saying my children were too loud. I have 3 children one of which just turned 4. Im constantly reminding him not to run so its not too loud for the people under us. In all fairness, its easy to hear due to the thin walls however this was the only 3 bedroom at the time which happened to be on the top floor. It wouldnt be so bad if the people under me were polite and handled it like adults. Instead they curse loudly in the hallway where my children can hear and use something to bang on their ceiling/my floor so hard nearly knocking things off if my walls. When I knocked on their door to reconcile I got the door shut in my face. Theyve had the police to their home and have had loud parties/company

I have lived here for 10 years. It's very clean, and quiet. The management is great and so are the maitence staff. The apartments are always clean when you move in. They take pride in these apartments. Very reasonable rent. Love this place!!!
