The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at St. Moritz Apartments
This is place is ran by property manager and mgt company that will provide you with no habitable place to live. Absolutely disgusted by this place. You literally can’t sleep, can’t cook, can’t even enough space to put your things, has zero insulation, you’ll be sweating and dealing with heat 90% of the time. The water is absolutely disgusting with old pipes that will leave your skin itchy. You will be paying more than the apt is worth just to make it somewhat livable . Residents are absolutely disgusting that keep the building dirty and their trash outside their apt because their to lazy and disgusting to throw it to the trash can. Building smells terrible. You might run into your apt trying to be broken into & management not doing anything to give answers or look into the cameras. Theirs a bar downstairs that play loud music on MONDAYS this place should not be allowed to rent apt that offer not even the minimal quality of living. This place is an absolute NO.
Unless you’re desperate for housing I wouldn’t rent here. Rent is dirt cheap in comparison to most places in LA but there’s no kitchen or ac. The bar next to the building will also keep you up all night because there’s zero noise insulation in the building.
Waste of money and not worth it. The management was not helpful, won’t work with you and just want your money and it wasn’t livable. I had to stay somewhere else because the heat was too much and you can’t have A/C. My window wouldn’t even open. The lock on my door was broken and not fixed for a week. Management won’t work with you and just want your money. I never got my security deposit back and the room I was supposed to rent was changed twice, after I already gave my deposit. I was shown a virtual tour and it looked nothing like what I was shown when I got there. Definitely not a “studio apartment”.
The property is very beat up and run down. Lots of strange odors throughout the building, poorly painted walls, stained flooring, creaky steps. Lots of noisey unfriendly neighbors and management is very unhelpful and unprofessional. There is also no parking and no AC. So expect to cook during the summer and to get a ton of parking tickets. Management sent notices during the heatwave saying AC is not authorized on property because the wiring is so old it cuts the power to the place and they won’t update it. The building is also deeply infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. So get ready.
