I only have one week living at Moritz. it to early for me to review Moritz in a better way. Perhaps later I will be able to describe Moritz better,. Please make sure the lighting in the community is upgrade specially in dark areas that lead to (outside ) stairways. In the corner of 38K it is a very dark area outside. I am looking forward to hear from Moritz Managements lighting in the community will be improve soon.

We appreciate your patience during this project and are excited to have brighter areas for our residents soon.
I don't recommend this place to live it. Leasing office staff have priority with certain tenants and it's not fair due to privileges they get away with. Maintenance requests take forever and they get paid nothing so I see why they are short staffed because no one wants to work for greystar company.

St. Moritz is the best in the area! Gorgeous, spacious apartments. Great amenities (pools, tennis courts, refurbished fitness center) and is pet friendly. And the staff is highly responsive. Great management!!

Over all nice place, parking is average but difficult the later it is at night unless you use your garage to park which it appears most do not use thier garage for thier car but as storage or an office, and complex gym is nice but would be nicer to have open 24hrs due to complex having quite hours during the time that would be easiest to go.

I moved in my apartment a month ago. The management team is extremely accommodating. The moving process was made very easy. There are a lot of great amenities. I’m very happy with my neighbors and the convenience of the neighborhood.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the neighborhood was a good budget option for our family. We are happy with the upgrades they've made and the brand new appliances as well as the brand new flooring throughout our unit. We have lived here for about 4 weeks and so far we are pretty happy with minimal complaints.

If you don’t mind being billed for their insurance when you have your own insurance and have proved it or having important things taken away in short notice like a community laundry and central air that doesn’t cool at all while still paying huge electric bills then alright go ahead and move here. And you can have a gym which your general key has no access to. The property was run better before current property management. You should look for non Greystar properties.

I have lived here for 10 years and love the location of the complex. I enjoy the amenities and use them often. The pool closure of pool 2 is disappointing and the lack of BBQs available for resident use. I also do not feel that the new management is caring about their residents or their needs at this point in time.

It was great. I realized the dryer vent was off. I put in the request the next day when I came home from work it was repaired. That was wonderful.

St. Moritz Apartments in Aliso Creek are very nice community to live-in , peaceful, quiet and close to everything banks, pharmacies, groceries store, urgent care and Medical offices and most of it its a walking distance for everything I highly recommended this community I stayed here for more than 11years now

The community is nice, the staff is friendly and the convenience of being located across the street from a nice shopping center is a plus. The community needs to have courtesy patrol members walk through the community at night to enforce the quiet hour policy.

My partner and I had St.Moritz at the top of our list while apartment hunting and were just waiting for the right pricing to secure our apartment. We did have an issue with our initial lease that could not be mended by the team, however we were able to reach a common ground and still get a wonderful (if not better apartment) than our original choice. Move in process with leasing staff went smoothly day of and recieved adequate docs to navigate the community. Apartment was clean and only had minor issues for which maintence arrived in a timely fashion to assess. Over all community is quiet, adequate parking for secondary/guest vehicles, garage storage is spacious, love our balcony, the proximity to the mall across the street is convenient, and love the park access. Aside from some minor neighbor noise concerns we are very happy with our decision to reside at St. Moritz.

The staff here at St. Moritz, particularly Marlene, are just wonderful. Really helped me get the right place for me and I couldn't be happier about the location. Second night I was in my fire alarm kept going off when I tried to shower. Someone came right out and fixed it when I called the after hours line and everything's great. Friendly helpful people in a friendly helpful community. Thank you.

St. Moritz is a great community to live in. I’m always proud of the landscaping and cleanliness of the property when I drive in the through the gates. The office staff is very helpful with great communication and the maintenance crew is top notch!

Great place to reside the grounds are always kept up nicely. Convenience factor is awesome everything is pretty much is in half mile radius. Also for being Apartments/Townhomes the floor plans have nice square footage space.

It is a great Dog Friendly community to live in. I just wish there were more dog areas throughout the community and with DG Gravel versus grass. The community is nicely maintained and close to parks, dining etc.
