I believe that when it come to the apartments at the rear of the property are NEGLECTED in the Aesthetics (Grounds/Grass, watering, landscaping and Tree trimming, etc.) to the point that we ALWAYS HAVE GO TO THE OFFICE TO BEG for our issues to be address as they should.

Living at St. Marin has been a nightmare. Management is unhelpful, and maintenance takes forever to fix anything. We spent the entire summer without AC, the guest bathroom tub was in horrible condition, and a pipe leaks into the master shower. I’ve had maintenance requests open for over a month with zero updates, yet rent reminders always come right on time. It’s clear this place cares more about collecting money than taking care of residents. I honestly hope no one ever has to live here and go through what we did.

I love my apartment and the complex. It does seem to me that the office staff may potentially be understaffed or overwhelmed with their work load as the communication, clarity, etc are lacking for sure. I’m sure there is a reason for that- potentially poor management or just having too much on their plate in general? Not sure, just speculating. Hopefully that will be sorted for their own well being and for the clarity of the residents.

This is a great community! It was my first time renting, and it has been super nice! It is quiet, there is a lot of things to do, walking trails, lots of good eats around! The gym is awesome, and we love the lap pool! Thank you so much for making my experience incredible!

If looking for a quiet place to live with an excellent office team, St Marin Apartments is a great place to live. Any issues are resolved quickly. Floor plans fit all needs. I love my apartment which has an attached garage and is spacious.

I’ve been here for almost a year and a half and it has been fantastic. The apartments are spacious and clean. The community is quiet yet friendly and inviting. The staff is very helpful and puts residents and future residents’ needs first. Easy explained and communicated application and transfer processes (Shoutout Devin!). Highly recommend St. Marin.

Great experience so far. Victoria helped me get set up and all of the staff members were helpful and informative with my questions. No major issues that would make me discourage others to come here. However, there is only one first world problem I have. Parking. Finding parking can be a struggle depending on the time you get to your apartment, but if you don't mind walking an extra 2-3 minutes to your apartment, this shouldn't be a problem. Overall, my experience here at St. Marin has been wonderful. The office staff has been great to me and the maintenance team fixed issues in my unit. I would definitely encourage my friends to come to St. Marin.

Christmas Eve of 2022 had a freeze and the pipes burst in the apartment above me. I spent all of Christmas day cleaning up after the freeze (pipes were old and not inspected properly). A few days after they had people bring large fans that I had to keep running for weeks. This heavily increased my electricity bill for the month. My baseboards were removed and there was damage to the ceilings, floors, walls, storage room. I moved out January 2023 and had to be out by a specific day or I would be charged. There was a freeze the day I moved out and everything shut down, including the apartment for days. Roads were hazardous and I was unable to remove everything with the mess in my apartment, because I was moving out of state. Tried to contact the apartment, but the office was closed. They tried to charge me an astronomical amount in move out fees, refusing to work even a little bit with me. The pictures they sent to "back up their claims" included damage done by the pipes that busted weeks early. Poor communication and don't expect them to be humans and work with you.

I signed another year lease. The main issues are people don't pick up after their pets!! It can carry diseases that pass on to your dog on their walk. That is my main complaint. My new upstairs neighbor is very loud walking around, but I guess that's to be expected in any apartment.

St.Marin Apartment Community located in Coppell, Tx. Is a beautiful garden style community with plenty of green grass, trees, courtyards, 2 dog parks, 3 swimming pools, and 2 fitness centers. There is plenty of extra parking at each building and garages ( both attached and detached). The location is great and close to major highways and a variety of shopping. The Office and Maintenance Staff are attentive and wonderful! The floorpans are spacious and offer many options. I always feel safe and the grounds are kept very clean. The Recycle Program is a plus! I have lived here for 8 years and I hope to continue living here.

The St. Marin checked every box on our need and wish list! They are very pet friendly with the amount of walking areas and doggy stations they provide. The complex is nice. Neat and clean with continuous work and upgrades to the appearance. They are fast to respond to any maintenance requests or other requests and seem to want to fix any issues. The parking could use some help like having assigned spaces for each apartment (at least 1 spot). We had lots of issues when first moving in, and aside from the AC not being great, everything else seems to be ok.

Some of the apartments are nice but they place no value on the tenant. Maintenance is not good, they take a long time to fix anything and they aren't that good at fixing anything. If you get an apartment that doesn't need to be repaired you are fine. If anything needs to be fixed be prepared to have to call, text, and email the office to find out when your issue will be fixed and don't expect a follow up on anything you will be following up they will not follow up with you.

St. Marin has been my home for 7 years. I feel it is more than an apartment community. It is a community of people and management that care to help and provide the best service they can. I feel safe here and that all of needs are being met. My neighbors care about each other and keeping the apartments nice. Too expensive, lease requirements are not enforced and actually ignored even though reported with photographs. Management says that they can do nothing about robberies even though management leaves gates open 24 hours per day for weeks at a time!
