The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at St. Anthony Village
Great price- even better management. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in the area. I have truly loved living here.
I just moved in from another apartment that was also in Marcy Holmes and I can say with 100% confidence that these apartments are high quality. Not only does St. Anthony Village offer spacious apartments but ones that are clean and renovated. They are super fast with maintenance calls and I love that they have a rental office where packages are dropped off. I am a cat owner and they also have extremely reasonable pet fees. The area is generally quiet as well with residents that are mostly past the college scene. I would recommend St. Anthony to anyone looking for a spacious apartment in a great location that is close to the U of M but also close to the food/bar scene in Northeast as well as downtown!
While we've had a few problems with our apartment, the staff has been overwhelmingly helpful. The buildings are clean and well maintained, as well as the landscaping.
I LOVED this apartment! It has prime location - in walking distance to so many awesome northeast restaurants and an easy bike or bus ride to the U of M. It is a good value for your money in the area - clean apartments with great management. Any issue we had with our apartment was fixed within 24 hours of placing a maintenance request. There is SO much storage for a one bedroom -- HUGE closets! And the open layouts are fantastic, it definitely makes the room feel bigger. I loved this place & am sad to be leaving!
The building is fairly quiet and the staff is great at addressing concerns or if anything in the apartment that needs to be looked at. There is limited parking in back of the building. There are quite a few dumpster divers and quite a few drifters that walk thru the parking lot. Overall, it is a pleasant place to live and convenient to many different places near by.
I really enjoy my apartment. The bedrooms are very large, the kitchen has all new stuff (dishwasher, cabinets, etc.), and it's clean/easy to take care of. The location is great, really close to the bus stop and to bars/restaurants. Once it starts to get a little warmer outside it gets noisier with people walking around and kids playing, but that's true anywhere in the city. The building itself is very quiet. My only complaint is that I wish the kitchen had a little bit more storage space as I have a lot of cookware. The staff is helpful and quick with repairs. Safety has never been a concern. Overall the best apartment I've had in Minneapolis and DEFINITELY the best value.
I am in 519 3rd Ave Apartment. this place is nice, clean and neat. Management is professional they address your issues very fast. No issues so far and I am happy with the service.
I have lived here over 5 years and I am very pleased with the management staff and the overall quality of living. Apartments are spacious and clean and there is lots of closet space. Management is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. They're friendly, helpful and keep the community area clean and updated. There is always off-street parking available for visitors. Other residents seem respectful and I've never had noise issues. Location cannot get any better! You're close to downtown (few mins with bus and you can literally walk there in good weather) as well as lots of restaurants, shops, Lunds, UofM, Mississippi river, park and jogging trails. All of this is within walking distance. You get the best of both worlds; living in center of everything without paying the high price!
These apartments are greatly located, close to the U of M, shops, and restaurants off Hennepin and Central. Management is great; they respond promptly and answer any questions you have. The apartments themselves are well kept, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Off-street parking is readily available. I loved living here for a few years.
