Pot holes in the parking lot never get completely fixed, all chairs around both pools are broken besides 2, all amenities being shut down at 6pm.

We’ve been living here for a year, and there’s been an ongoing problem with cockroach infestations in the apartments and shared areas like the laundry room. Pest control has come several times over the past year, and while it helps for a while, unfortunately the roaches keep coming back and the problem doesn’t go away

It's been really good so far! Amazing service and amenities. It's also a good location. Nice clean newly renovated unit that was spotless when I moved in.
Everyone is super sweet for the most part, my only complaint would be some of the noisemakers. The area is good, you can drive 10-20 min in any direction pretty much and be at any store you need. I’m also happy to say they are dog friendly and it’s probably my favorite part!

I haven’t even been here a whole week yet and it’s been problem after problem, we have roaches that haven’t been properly exterminated, our shower wasn’t working for the first 3 days after moving in, holes in the walls, gaps between the floors and the baseboards, our dishwasher doesn’t work at all, dryer works sometimes, whole apartment was dirty upon move in, had mold in the bathroom, and whole lot more, honestly I feel like I made the worse decision by moving to this complex. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here simply because there’s too many problems here and the maintenance team doesn’t seem to take their job serious enough to get anything done within a timely manner. If I could give no stars I would 0/10 would not recommend anyone to live here not even homeless people

We got a renovated unit and it’s pretty cute! We like the floor plan. The grounds are well kept and the community is nice. Only downside is the fitness room, some machines don’t work. Otherwise, we like it here!

The gym could use an upgrade and more trash cans in common areas. People need to watch their kids more because they are tearing things up out here. Other than that people are friendly.

The gym and playground are run down and need work: the gym equipment is broken and there are no free weights. Also, the gym and mailbox room hours are inconvenient if you work a normal 9-5 and have to do errands on the weekend. There is dog poop everywhere. There is a roach problem and maintenance has been slow to process our requests. The move in process was okay but the unit we got was very dirty upon move in and my daughter and I cut our feet on metal shards in the carpets.
We've beenhere for 2 yrs now and we've been having problems since day one now on Friday or oven went our and no one hasn't come to replace the oven so we had to go buy some burners to cook for my family.
Easy to work with. Great with any needs or questions. Clear on needs from the team to move in smoothly. Was able to move in quickly and on my own schedule.

Nice people close to stores and public transportation. Short walk to park. I would tell people about it. So I enjoy living there. Just think when they upgrade they should have elevators in the buildings.

I have lived here for a year and half. It’s been really nice and the updates they have done around the apartment complex is great. I would say I didn’t give it a five star because I have lived here for a while and sometimes they change codes or add code doors and don’t let the residents know. The car parking is also a bit hard to follow. I can understand them not wanting guest to have access to the parking lot, but I wish they can understand car situations with their residence. I am disabled and have to wait for guest spots or park on the streets and walk far.

I like the community but there’s still a lot of reckless driving through the lot especially at night despite the signage to slow down. Also lots of cigarette smoke coming through apartment door cracks .

It was a short notice that I wasn't moving to OKC. In that 2 weeks I needed to find a place to live and the employees at SpyGlass Creek helped make it as simple as could be. Not only is it a peaceful and nice complex but so close to many of the essential stores one would need to make life easier. Thank you SpyGlass Creek!

Maintenance could be better and not half things that need to be done. Roaches are bad and all over the place. Laundry rooms is always broken. And the parking lot is full of potholes. Not a place I love

Pros unique way to keep people involved as a community. Fun promotions. Cons being irritated with getting my MAIL no one tells you that you can only enter the mail room at specific hours of the day. We pay fees every month for the maintenance and up keep of the property. It seems like my building seems to get overlooked . Maintenance is stretched as far as these people can be. Maybe we can organize a neighborhood clean up and restoration project next.
