I filled out an application a while ago and I’ve only gotten two calls from the leasing office I’ve been calling and leaving emails constantly and no one answers the phone or calls back when I leave voicemails I was interested but I’m not too sure anymore.

If you want roaches in your food, fridge, clothes, every area in your apartment, then move in and I guarantee you won't be lonely. Disgusting place.

Not sure what it is whether it’s other tenants or the building itself but there’s more roaches than people in new Britain in these buildings. You will see about 15 roaches every day and it doesn’t matter if they have pest control or not. It will never end. Move if you want to have multiple pet roaches.

Building 190 has been infested with roaches they just move you in and do not even warn you about the issue I have been here for almost a year same infestation! . DO NOT MOVE HERE waste of time and money. My car has been broken into twice

Do not move here!!!!! Washers and dryers never work, rules always change when it comes to parking, fees come up mid lease with no explanations and maintnence is NEVER available. My carpet was wet/damp for over a month due to the apartment below me and their pipes etc which caused gnats in my apartment and I was forced to deal with it. The leasing office NEVER picks up the phone OR return calls even if you leave a voicemail. The buildings stink. My car was broken into once but break ins happen frequently. When moving in the leasing office people were amazing but once you hand them your deposit you don’t hear from them. If I can give them 0 stars I would. I will not be renewing my lease and if I could break my lease with no penalties I would. 0/10 recommended.

I lived here from 2016-2017, it was awful with the insect infestation, my bathroom flooded twice from the ceiling & they warned me that it was just dirty water from the ceiling and not toilet water. I felt like management was not telling me the truth and I questions the maintenance man upon his arrival. The pesticide removal was more than twice a year, I felt like every other month I had to constantly remove everything out of my cabinets in the apartment in order for them to come in and spray. Imagine doing this, it’s like I was moving in and out every other month.

The office agents lie, are rude, never answer the phone. They have insect infestations, they are drug dealers in the lot, it is unsafe. People always park where they are not supposed to. The neighbors are very loud, they will only quiet down when the police have to come and tell them. Maintenance is terrible, they never come to fix something unless you constantly go to the office and NAG, even so they tell you that nothing has to be fixed (it is not needed). They will spray pesticide because of the insect infestation in which you will have to remove all of your belongings. Only good thing(s) is that the units are at a reasonable price, and guess that is due to the place being so terrible to live and manage with.

These are affordable apartments for a small of medium-sized family. I live in a 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom apartment and its very spacious for me and my husband. We have laundry room on the same building, with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. This is a 3 story building with wide stairs all carpeted and secured mail boxes, controlled access with key and/or pass code. Theres no assigned parking but there's an specific parking for visitors. One of the cons is that you can hear your neighbors through the walls specially the floor and the ceiling. If you have loud neighbors you will be calling the Police to ease the noise mostly every weekend. Other than that, is a tranquil place during the week days. Hartford is like 15 to 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Close park, great to walk, run, fish, baseball, basketball, football, soccer, playground for kids. Very close gas station. Family Dollar at walking distance. On the hand, Maintenence guys are very humble, attentive. Ive been living here for about 2 years now and they always come and fix anything very quickly. Other than that if you are looking for an affordable place to live not too fancy but comfortable, this is it.
