Springetts Apartments

From the first day of meeting and talking with Michele, and making my decision to lease, it has been nothing but a professional and delightful experience. My individual, personal situation was not good, but the kindness and caring shown by Michele and staff just made my decision and steps to leasing so easy, simple and so accommodating. Maintenance is on top of things right away to solve any issues. The grounds are tree-lined and park-like. I would recommend Springetts Apartments to anyone, hands down and without question!

The staff here is incredible and they are always hosting events for the residents. The apartments are nice and well kept. There is a huge backyard at my apartment. Michele is great and super helpful!! I called maintenance for a non emergency on a Saturday and they were there at 9 am Monday morning to help me so in other words maintenance is super fast and friendly!!! Would give extra stars!!! A ++++++

Springetts Apartments is everything we were looking for 1) an apartment to accommodate our family, 2) an apartment in the perfect and safe location for us, 3) an apartment that is well-maintained, and 4) an apartment complex with amenities. We are proud of our apartment and highly recommend this apartment complex. Office staff are extremely helpful and people friendly. Maintenance service is a phone call away to the office and maintenance staff are not only efficient and knowledgeable but also courteous. Grounds are maintained just as well as the interior of apartments. Springetts Apartments living is a way to simply enjoy your life!

My girlfriend our puppy Milo and I have lived in the Springetts community for a year and could not have asked for a better experience. We leased a 2-bedroom apartment on Eisenhower Dr. The bedrooms were extremely spacious, decently spaced living room with a kitchen/dining area that was updated with the newest appliances and self-closing cabinets. This place is hands done the BEST around. The leasing department (Michele in particular) has continuously gone above and beyond for us throughout our time here allowing for easy, fast, and smooth communication. In addition to this amazing staff, the maintenance was unmatched. The online portal makes submitting maintenance requests super easy and when I say same-day fixes, I mean it. The maintenance staff always came within hours of contact and were always super friendly and efficient with their work. Having a 1-year-old Corgi and living next to the dog park was a huge plus. There were always so many friendly dogs within this community that Milo was able to always play with. The dog park was also always well-maintained. While we're on the topic of maintaining- the lawn care was always exceptional and the beautiful trees and plants especially during springtime are a sight to see. This community is well above anywhere we have ever lived. The staff is incredible, the residents are super friendly and the community is extremely safe. I cannot recommend it enough.

I moved into Springetts in January 2023. I must say how much I appreciate the service I received from the staff at Springetts. Michele is outstanding - she understood my urgency to move in and went above and beyond to make it happen. I am currently settling in my beautiful apartment. It’s a spacious one-bedroom apartment with essential amenities as advertised in their website. Springetts' commitment to provide a high-quality service has exceeded my expectations. I’ve lived at Springetts for a year and I’m glad I chose this complex. The manager and staff are accessible and so friendly and welcoming. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. There are weekly activities and monthly activities in which to participate. The pool area is beautiful! During our “stay at home” time actives have had to be canceled, but I have found surprise treats at my door to lift our spirits.

Had to downsize from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom in this community. Absolutely love my 1 bed as much as my 2 bedroom Awesome office staff, Tyler, Brittany and Michele made the change easy and make sure to do whatever you need make sure that you are happy with your new home. Awesome activities availabe to participate in. Love all the extras that come with the apartment that are not included in other apartment complexes. Maintenance crew great and do an awesome job. Thank you for providing an awesome place that I hope to call home for years to come.

We have now lived in the complex for five months and continue to find it all that we want and need and expected it to be and more. The last months have been filled with meeting neighbors as we walk around, and at activities Set up by the excellent staff for us. There is so much to choose from that we haven’t done everything, for sure. We love our spacious apartment and look forward to many years here.

Excellent apartment.. everything was more than my expectations.

When we decided to sell our home and move to an apartment, we did a thorough search of all apartments in our desired area. Upon careful review, we chose Springetts, and it is everything that we expected it to be. The apartment complex is nestled among trees in a very desired location. We find that it is quiet and landscaped beautifully. Before we moved in, we drove around at all hours day and night to see what kind of activity was going on and what kind of place we would be moving to, and it was always clean and quiet. Now living here for a month, all of the reviews we read and all of the observations we made before hand are definitely true. Not only is the apartment beautiful, and well constructed so it is quiet, but the maintenance staff and the office staff are excellent too. Since it’s on level land, it is perfect for us as an older couple to go out for morning and evening walks. We look forward to using the pool next summer and getting involved in activities in the near future that are held in the clubhouse.

I guess you could say that I was sprung into Springetts Apartments last year, when my second childhood snuck up on me! The beautiful home was the nest where I raised my four children, and they went on to live promising lives! The homestead had to go since I could no longer tackle the upkeep. I thought about moving to Florida, but I just couldn't be that far from my children and two grandbabies! I spent a lot of time trying to find the apartment that felt best for me! WOW, the moment I walked in the door, I knew that this would be the place for me , to live out the rest of my life! I just love this place! It has very nice features, with large rooms that flow into a masterpiece! And, the kitchen is just perfect for me....it comes with a full size washer and dryer! The manager and the staff here are all 5 starred, along with the swimming pool, the lovely community room with a an annexed gym(My body says "No can do!"), and the other tenants that I have met, as well! Every Thursday the neighborhood bus takes any resident for a day of shopping and fun to area stores. For a good time, there is always something going on. Another 5 star rating is for the landscapers who make the lawns so beautiful, along with the fixit crew! They are speedy when called and they stay until the job is doubledone and doublechecked! I am not very happy since my disability check was lowered, so now I cannot afford to pay my rent, and am looking for a place to live. I certainly have been blessed during my year living here though! I will never forget the memories made here, and am certain that they will always remain with me! Time to SPRING into action again!
