Love the apartment, love that the park is right next to here. Maintenance is fast. Don't necessarily like the regular parking, better to buy a covered spot.

Good location nice park against property. Apartments are older and they show their signs of age. Updated but cheap not quality work done. Rent is high but it is high everywhere with the poor economy. Overall it’s a nice place to live.

So far so good, been fairly quiet, the apt has been decent. I had to really clean it as when I moved in on Thursday last week, it was filthy. Like nothing had been cleaned or wiped, but at least I know it is clean. There was a nice size black widow spider in the storage closet outside/patio. The windowsill upstairs is full of bee carcass' which I still need to clean out, but this hopefully will be a nice community. I have seen lots of people with dogs and I am hoping this will be a nice place to live.

Friendly managers helped me get my apartment and setup online accounts for everything. Apartment is quiet and in an excellent location with shopping and bars/restaurants right across the street and a large park you can walk to.

Unique place, good clean pool. Lost one star from me because of the extra fees and slow responses (sometimes) with maintenence. Usually they're on top of things, then suddenly slow to get to you.

It's been really lovely. There have been some issues with trash or with pest control-related issues, but overall, I do enjoy that I get to have a great central location in ABQ and can do a lot of stuff both within walking distance and in driving distance.

God amenities and nice being close to the park. The neighbors are kind and relatively quiet. My apartment is an older, not upgraded version and has been hard to get rent d of old weed smell from previous tenets.

It seems really nice so far. The appliances aren’t very efficient and the carpet isn’t held down well when it transitions to vinyl. Other than that it’s pretty nice. It’s quiet and private. That’s the most important part of my move.

The application process was incredibly easy and staff has been welcoming. Website is very user friendly and made getting a fairly accurate quote easy so you’d know what to expect. Our move in quote was actually a little bit cheaper than the website estimated which was great. Only thing I can say that has been a little frustrating is that communication with the staff started off very timely and friendly, however, now that everything is signed and money has been paid, they have been less timely in responding to questions and concerns.

It took them nearly half a year to fix an outside light we had put in a request for multiple times. It was a safety hazard. They also overcharged me, and didn't take my bank info when I paid early.

The complex itself is beautiful, and so are the apartments in them. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because of how long it takes for them to fulfill a maintenance order, communication and property maintenance. There have been multiple issues with my unit in particular, that it would take them weeks on end to come and look at the maintenance request. One time, I was left a note saying if they had to come out and fix this issue again, I would be responsible for the repairs. It states no where in my lease, that I would be responsible no matter the circumstance. Work orders get fulfilled like snail mail. The front office is also hard to get in touch with because they never answer the phone. When you do email them, it takes them 2 to 3 business days to get back to you. People also leave their dog poop everywhere. Yes, It’s in a great area, but there’s been a lot of issues with the complex and the apartment itself. I don’t believe it’s worth it to move in here.

Centrally located, responsive management - nice apt layout with washer/dryer. Good schools and nice restaurants with grocery,drug store and post office nearby.

Everything is mostly good. Bldgs lights are out and parking lot is dark. Need to increase trash pickups or get a larger bin for the main/center location. It overflows on Sundays. People leave trash in front of the bin and put furniture and appliances on the sides.

When I needed help during a PNM bill crisis Ashley at the front desk took no initiative until brought up to supervisors. When asked for help Ashley would redirect me to other companies and even told me to start asking staff in the office that were severely undertrained and would not be able to answer my questions without Ashely. I used to live here when I was a kid. The main thing I miss is the indoor pool they used to have. The apartment is still much the same in a good way.

So far it has been a great experience, one of the better that I have had with apartment living. The office staff is wonderful and very easy to talk to and very accommodating. Maintenance has taken care of issues in a timely manner. It is a quiet neighborhood in the better part of town. Only issues is there is one car that comes in every night around 2am BLASTING music through the parking lot, and the neighbors dog sings the song of his people at 5am. Other than that, a very quiet community to live in.

This is a smaller complex which I like, the apartments are spacious. Ideal area for restaurants, and stores, within walking and driving distance. A safe park behind complex for exercise and pets.

Apathy is readily apparent in the complex and it often causes what would be good units in a decent part of town to fall into disrepair. Maintenance requests are either ignored or met with condescension over urgent issues that cost tenants money. If you are lucky enough that your unit is taken care of, you may not have issues until something breaks. Good luck after that point.

The location is perfect, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and the large park is very convenient. Having the plaza right across the street is very nice also.

Great complex, especially for the rate and location. I lived here once, moved out to a much worse complex down the road to try and save a little on rent, and ended up breaking that lease early just to move back. Love my unit, love the view!

Peaceful apartments with close access to Smith’s Shopping Center and Academy Hills Park. Ample parking space. A lot of greenery and park area inside the apartment.

Overall it's quiet. Took them almost a month to answer my maintenance requests. Need a new microwave and who knows when I'll get a new one since they have to ordered a new one. I have put in concerns Abt a neighbor nothing is being done.

I have really enjoyed my time at Spring Park - the staff is friendly and prompt to respond to issues, I LOVE my floor plan (A2U) with lofted ceilings, a sun room and a nice amount of space for one resident, and I really like the area, namely the proximity to several great coffee places, a grocery store and a very pleasant park. The courtyards have a nice amount of green space to enjoy, and the people are generally really friendly. I'd just wish the pool was open for more of the year - it's a nice space, and I'd like to enjoy it more!

Great area. Finally nice to get out of the parts of town that are overrun with homeless. Everyone here is kind and friendly. Enough so that people are out and about walking there dogs and what not it makes my wife and I feel a lot safer than most places.

I picked up the keys to my new apartment and was disappointed in the office workers’ failure to even show me to the unit. I was given the lease and keys but no key to the pool or gym and no parking passes for either of our cars. When I finally found the unit after driving around the complex for 10 mins it had an overpowering bad smell, the carpet and floors were stained and unwashed, there was food waste on the walls and floor of the kitchen and human urine coating the toilet and floor of the bathroom. I have spent the last 5 days trying to clean the unit before moving my belongings in and have as of yet failed to remove the bad smell from the unit. The appliances are so old the fridge is hot to the touch just from running with nothing in it and the toilet barely flushes. I am very disappointed to be moving into an uncleaned apartment and having to spend my precious time and resources to make the unit livable.

I enjoy that the power has stayed on through all of the storms. The water has had some issues staying on but the manager's at the office has reassured me through it. It seems like the pipes are fixed now. The AC has been working perfectly and is AWESOME! The park behind the apartment complex is such a lovely, wonderful, peaceful place. I have had to fix both of the toilets in my apartment and replace the back door on the patio where things can be stored. Also I had a rental payment issue where there was more taken out of my account then expected because of 50$ convenience charge fees. Overall not perfect, but pretty good. The location of the complex is good, as long as you don't have an apartment next to the roadway. My neighbor above me is easy to hear and his footsteps are always present, but we're friendly and he tries to keep it quieter when I'm home. It is a bit hard to save on electricity because the windows and doors don't have a great seal so the cold (or hot) air escapes quickly. ALL OF THIS, but for the price it is a decent deal to be close to the foothills and in a fairly safe neighborhood so that's what I'm looking for till I buy myself a house. The staff is AMAZING and by far the best part of the complex. The maintenance is amazing whenever I need them they are ready to help and the same with the office staff. That is definitely something that is better than any other places I've rented from.

This complex definitely has its ups and downs. The proximity to the park and other stores and restaurants is great. With that considered, there are quite a few downsides to the complex with the primary of these being inefficient appliances and ineffective windows and insulation. At first, when I moved into here I did not realize this was a problem until I discussed my electrical bill with others. Our electrical bill in an apartment under 800 sq ft never dipped below $100 throughout this lease so far but averages around $300. Our last bill totaled $562 and we are on track to receive a similar one. Our friends in other apartments range around $40. Our apartment with minimal usage uses ~100kWh in one day and this is unacceptable. Management and maintenance, though friendly, deemed this normal and acceptable and treated us as nuisances. Please be informed and get an electric quote. Nice place, but charging $200 more than quoted rent and the skyrocketing utilities is hard to swallow.

Spring park has been a great experience so far. I haven’t had any issues with management, although when I do seem to have an issue it’s hard to get a straightforward answer or get someone on the phone to talk to. Anytime I’ve had any maintenance issues , they’ve replaced it or resolved it in 24-48 hours.

it’s a wonderful location to live in, the grocery store across the street and the large park right next to us. The floor/roof is thinner than I would like since I could hear my downstairs neighbor clearly when they get louder. I feel like my only main issue is with maintenance not contacting me prior to entering my apartment for any and all reason.

Compared to our other apartments this place feels more like home. It’s quiet and peaceful. There’s covered parking for a reasonable monthly fee. The office staff are super friendly and on top of taking care of any requests. The property is well kept and there’s a beautiful park that is only a walk away and viewed from our large bay windows.
