The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Spring Lofts
The newly appointed management company is not up to par. They have insufficient maintenance personnel to handle multiple buildings, so you cannot expect timely issue resolution. Moreover, they impose unforeseen charges that require management intervention for adjustment, so it is advisable not to put your rent on autopay. Although the main building is satisfactory, the properties located on Ridge Ave are deteriorating. They are quite noisy, with soundproofing being inadequate. Additionally, unpredictable leaks occur frequently, and noise from neighbors can be heard easily. The previous owners compromised quality, and the current management is also attempting to skimp on expenses to address the problems. I would not advise. Location is great though! Not worth the money.
Used to be great. Summer 2022, a new management company took over. I went an entire summer with a broken A/C. Unit below me became infested with roaches because new owners stopped having pest control come by regularly and barely clean shared building spaces. That also became my issue. Elevator shaft smells like there’s dead bodies in the basement, I just take the stairs now. Smell is leaking into the hallways. My sink has been clogged for weeks. No one has even looked at it, despite the fact that I can’t use my kitchen. Oh… did I mention their first move was to raise everyone’s rent? Don’t do it to yourself.
Front doors are damaged so the packages are constantly stolen. Building was just bought by another developer which caused havoc on people trying renew the lease. Floors are creaking and windows are rotted, paint chips constant falling from the ceiling. Loud construction right next door and a train passes right below the building so there is constant noise. There is no trash shoot or an area in the building to dump it so you have to walk about a block away to do so.
Great apartment, location, and landlord. Maintenance men generously help each tenant move in and out upon arrival or departure. Old building with old but elegant apartments with Tall ceilings, large windows, and wooden floors.
