If Milford is the "Small City with a Big Heart," Downtown Milford is its core. With all of the charm and history you'd expect in a coastal New England neighborhood, Downtown Milford has it all -- historic buildings, period lighting, and the second-longest town green in the state: Milford Green. The Green extends between Broad Street and South Broad Street until they merge at River Street. As a riverfront community, Downtown Milford features boats dotting the harbor and fishermen casting a line in the Wepawaug River. In addition to a wide variety of shops, boutiques, and restaurants, Downtown Milford features several exciting events, including the Oyster Festival, a Saturday morning Farmers Market, Lobsterbake, the Lamplight Stroll, and the Pirate Festival.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Spinnaker Prospect Falls in Great location one short block to Downtown restaurants. They have 3-12 month flexible lease terms.Studio apts are large.Very energy efficient as 2012 built with insulated windows and doors and Lenox a.c. units.Very quiet street.Even have onsite gym.Simply walk to library or train station.I have rented seasonally since Summer 20q4.Will leave soon and miss the Beautiful duck ponds and Beautiful City Hall one block away.So much history here.

This review is long overdue. My first seasonal rental here Summer 2014.I love the area and Rachael the manager has always treated me well. The apts are well built at Prospect Falls. The Lenox a.c. units are excellent since I only Summer here.Glad they went back to variable term rentals.Milford is a great town as it is upscale and clean and close to the mall and train station and highways. It is great to walk around at night and people are out and going to the restaurants or at the Marina.Close to beach too.

I moved to Spinnaker Station two years ago and got a great apartment for a fair price. I loved the convenience to the RR and downtown and had no issues with management. The office is in a downtown location but was easy enough to get to and the people in the office were always friendly and were good about letting me know about packages when I got them. Whenever I called them for anything they responded quickly. I ended up moving out of the area for my job and, like the person said below, had to pay a fee to break my lease but it was all spelled out in my lease so while I didn't like it, it was the deal I had signed up for. I think that's just the way it works with apartments. Overall, though, it was a good experience and i'd move back if I was ever back in that area.

Can I give 0 stars?? Although the apartments are in fine condition, the review comes from my experience with the leasing office. They have zero integrity. It started from the very beginning, when the young, inexperienced sales agent did just about anything to make a buck, especially lie... apparently several times looking back on it. There were hidden fees that my husband and I were specifically told would not be applied to us. What made us special, I don't know but we believed them and signed the lease. When your job changes and you have to move, we were told that not only did we have to pay 2 months rent, which we knew about, but there was an additional fee of $3100 just to terminate the lease. We were never informed of this fee. On top of feeling like we were blindsided and robbed by this company, it took them 6 weeks to send the deposit, after I pestered them and they then sent it to the wrong address after I updated our address with them 3 times. And, on top of all of the money they've already collected from us, they decided they hadn't got enough, so they charged us $170 to clean an empty refrigerator and stove. Upon inquiring, I received no response. This company is the worst company I have come across. They practice blatant deceit, the employees are inexperienced, extremely rude, and disrespectful. Laura, in the leasing office, has no people skills whatsoever and has the fantastic ability to make any situation worse. Live somewhere else. This company should not be in business.
