South Valley Apartments

Smells bad in the area 50% of the time from treatment plant nearby. Dog poop covers the grass areas. Maintenance leaves your door unlocked after leaving. Loud people through the night. Bottom floor will hear everything from above. Homeless people hang out at gas station right next to you and steal packages from front door.

First off it is a gate community so I know my vehicles are safe at night. Great location though. Greenway trail is right down Battlefield and easy to access. Many of the fellow neighbors are found walking along the trail. Maintenance requests are immediately attended too and sometimes earlier than expected, so you do not have to worry about them not showing. They do a great job at fixing any problem that comes about within the apartment, or even outside. Example, I asked for the sidewalks to be salted because of all the ice build up and just about the next day it was done. They listen to their tenants very well and would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you SouthValley Apartments for caring for me and my family and our needs.

Been living here for almost two years and I adore it!! The apartment is newly remodeled, and a big selling point for me as someone with a cat was not having to deal with carpet.

I love it here, very peaceful, close to the highway but doesn't feel or sound like it, great place to live!

My boyfriend and I moved here in January and so far we’ve LOVED it! We love that it’s just Amy running things here, it’s much more personal and we’re never afraid to ask any questions or feel like a bother. Maintenance only takes 1-2 days to get to you too! Trash gets picked up every single week and they did an excellent job icing the walkways when it snowed. All of our neighbors are friendly and we have yet to have any problems! Plus our view off the patio is gorgeous! We also love the trail next to the apartments that lead directly to the botanical center! We absolutely love it here and plan to stay for a while!!!

This is one of the best apartments I have ever resided in, super pet friendly, Excellent view of the sunset and the Gates give me an excellent sense of security, They do an amazing job keeping us updated and informed via SMS and I'm super excited to use the pool this summer! I plan on being here for a few more years as these are some of the nicest I have been able to find, maintenance is very responsive and communicative as well!!

I just recently moved in and it’s been wonderful. The apartments are so nice, the management is great, and it’s right in my price range. The amenities are great! Love the keyless entry and entrance gate as well… Definitely recommend!

Staff is amazing, rent is low, apartments are beautiful, lots of great amenities, and friendly neighbors!! Lived here for over a year now, couldn’t be happier!!

Having lived here for almost 5 years I can tell you that the new management is great to work with. Repairs are fixed quickly. Pet friendly with plenty of areas and trails to walk your furry friends. Biking is great in this area as well. The apartments are nice and roomy.

I really enjoyed living here! I always felt safe and my neighbors were respectful. The location is also perfect for shopping and spending time in nature.

I am so happy with my experience here at South Valley. The property is always clean, trash is picked up weekly, office staff is GREAT and maintenance is quick if there is an issue. I love the gated entrance and electronic door locks. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for nearly 5 years. Like the apartment setup and ots pet friendly. Also not a lot of drama here. Close to shopping,work, and dining..

They never fix anything we ask of them, the apartments are hastily renovated, and there is still a bunch of stuff wrong with them, not to mention that the rent is a pretty high for what you actually get. Not a great feeling to live there for so long and get treated like you don't matter.

Renovations cover-up everything. Super toxic. Didn't ventilate the place. Currently super sick due to glue and paint not being done properly. Upper management neglectful and not cooperative. About to file a huge lawsuit tomorrow. Don't rent here.

My family and I lived here for a year and we were very happy. We would have stayed if it wasn’t for my husbands job requiring a move. The new manager is very nice and on top of problems that need to be taken care of. The men that come to work on the issues we had were always so respectful. It’s a very safe place to live with a lot of thing close for an active person or family. My 14 yr old son spent a lot of time walking the trails close to these apartments and I never worried about him because I knew the people in the office were always looking out for him. They never minded that he broke up their work day with his motor mouth. I would definitely recommend this apartment community.
