Maintenance is nonexistent
Our heat is not working so I sent an email for a work order at 10:30am, February 14, 2020. No one came to fix while the office was open. They provide an emergency maintenance phone number to call for emergencies. They say that any temperature under 40° is considered an emergency and it's under 30°. I have called the emergency maintenance phone number 5 times but not one person has answered the emergency call. Maintenance is nonexistent here! So in all actuality my family will be freezing tonight. I really hope that no one tries to rent a place here because maintenance fixes NOTHING! There's no maintenance!
