Also walkable to grocery stores and many restaurants and breweries right on Broadway street. Heat, water, and hot water are included in rent. A mix between 1 bedroom and studio apartments you have hardwood floors, your own A/C unit and a full kitchen. There is a courtyard area and a lawn to let your pets out as well. Smart locks and soon to be added technology enabled access control so you can let your friends, or deliveries, inside without having to leave your apartment to open the building door.
