Worst complex and management I've ever lived. I even tried calling their cooperate office and the lady was unbelievably rude to me. I called for help and all she gave me was attitude. We had bums living in our trash room on the 4th floor and to call the cops many times. The gate is always broken in the garage so people come and go as they please. I cant stress how horrible the people are that work here. Worst than ATT customer service.

This complex has by far been the WORST complex to live in. So many friends have asked if they should move here and I tell them all to steer clear of this place! The gates are almost always broken providing lack of security what the point in having a fob? The stair wells are disgusting and never cleaned numerous times I found food and drinks left to decompose on the stair cases. The unit itself wasnt cleaned properly before move in. Carpet was filthy, the shower head was left with mildew residue. My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer and maintenance didn’t tend to it for 48 hours. The pool was “under construction” for 10 months out of my 13 month lease. There are multiple “admin fees” that are charged monthly that they never inform you of. I absolutely hated this place and would never recommend this place to anyone.

This property was a lot better when I moved in two years ago. Then they changed management and everything started going downhill. The landscaping is awful, there’s trash everywhere and the grass is extremely overgrown. The dog park is beyond disgusting and the dog bath is dirty and doesn’t work. All 5 of the cardio machines in the fitness center are broken and there isn’t a water fountain in there?? Oh also packages have been stolen off of my doorstep more than once and there aren’t any cameras anywhere. I really did enjoy this apartment for the first year I lived here. But it’s not good enough to justify the rent increase in a run down property that’s only 5 years old. I’ve gotta say the location is excellent though. It’s right next to downtown and all the great things that south main has to offer. Downside is being next to downtown and there being tons of homeless people cracked out sitting on the sidewalks. Sadly won’t be renewing, I hope they get their act together because this property had such great potential. Maybe with my extra $40 rent increase they can afford landscaping.
