My community is quiet. They keep the grounds clean and the trash area as clean as the tenants allow it to be. I wish this was a government facility unit so my rent would be lower and manageable

My move in experience wasn't what I expected. They're nice apartments. But the cleaning crew. Didn't clean it good. Before I moved in. Then the cheap paint is peeling from everything.

I have had a fantastic experience living at summerwalk .The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to assist with any concerns. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-maintained gym, a beautiful pool, and spacious common areas. No I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. They make decisions without communicating, when there is an emergency with your unit and you have to vacate it's no accommodation, more so you have to pay and shouldn't but your lease isn't up and it's not your fault. All you should have to do is just move and they take care of any expenses or credits on your account due to your inconveniences.
Great place to raise a family. Quite and clean and the the Management team are wonderful

I like the area, location is good. Alot of department stores in the area. The apartment layout is good. Quiet community. The one bedroom, is perfect for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance seems to be on top of everything.

We have a great community here at Somerset at the Crossings. Our Management Team has a great deal to do with that. They are very attentive to detail and the specific needs of the community and its members who live here. They keep us informed and up to date on important matters. No matter who is on duty in the Office, you will always be greeted with a genuine smile and a caring and helpful attitude. One of the best decisions I have made for my life and wellbeing was to take advantage of the opportunity to move in and become a part of the Somerset at the Crossings community. Absolutely no regrets!

Dont move into this community it is roach infested and the managers do not care.

The Maintenance Team is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. Every interaction with the team, we found the members to be respectful and polite. All of our service request have been completed since our August move-in. We are sure that all future request will be handled in the manner that we are now accustomed to. Thank you

Its a horrible community tons of roaches in the aparments. DO NOT MOVE TO SOMERSET AT THE CROSSING! Dangerous health hazards and the staff do not care.

Apartments are good and spacious. Neighbourhood is decent. Yesterday a homeless came inside the leasing office raising concerns on security. But overall its good.

I love our current Management Team here at Somerset at the Crossings. They are always attentive and concerned about the residents/members of our Community. Whenever they are made aware of any problems, etc., they respond positively and immediately to each situation no matter what it is, and they always follow up on those situations to make sure everything was handled or completed properly. I have lived here for a very long time, and I am so grateful for this team who is watching over us now, both the Office Management Team and also our very highly skilled Maintenance Team.

There are much nicer apartment communities to live in in the Tucker-Lilburn area. Somerset has a revolving door of managing staff/maint and owners, which contributes to the inconsistency. There is no real leadership or community feel. I have lived here since 2014 and I'm ready to leave.

Office and maintenance never fails! The 1 time I did have to call maintenance they came very quick and was so professional! Keep up the good work team!!
